10/10. Service was great. Gabriel and Sebastian were awesome, attentive, helpful, welcoming, friendly… all the best things you look for when eating out - besides the food of course, which was GREAT! I built my own burger and everything was just right. I was just out and decided to stop in to this place that I’ve only driven past. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place.

LILA was amazing!! I just got off of work. Super tired didn’t want to be bothered. But her energy brought me back to life and i was so happy i stopped here to have a drink. She recommended the BT Queso and boy when i tell you this was amazing!! It was amazing!! Oh and the happy hour price was awesome!! 4$ for any of their 12 draft beers!! Who can beat that!!!!

Love this place! We had Lila as our waitress during breakfast and she gave the best customer service I’ve had in years. She was sooooo pleasant, attentive and kind. We liked it so much we grabbed dinner there as well later- both were fabulous. It was a relaxing environment, the food was amazing and the service was 10/10. I’ll be stopping here each time we visit Chi!???? THANK YOU LILA & team!

Delicious food with quick and kind service! Lila was exceptional in ensuring we had a great breakfast. The restaurant is super cool with it’s bright colors and hanging lights. It’s outfitted with large tvs to catch the game on as well. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re staying at the Holiday Inn that’s next door.

Great burgers and beer on a hot day in Chicago. Gotta give the props to the cooks for making that uptown burger very delicious and Lila for serving the coldest beers ????

Decided to give them a chance for date night and the fiancé and I where not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door Kristen ensured we had a great time. From here saying welcome in and have a seat to come over to take our order and being super friendly. Kristen made us feel welcomed and you could tell she loved being at work and her job cause everything she did she did with a smile on her face. The food was beyond amazing and it did not disappoint. The either staff was very welcoming and friendly and definitely ensured we go back

Lila was truly amazing. She was the only waitress and server and did an excellent job. Very attentive and friendly. Chef Kenisha’s food was excellent, everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. I had the buffalo wings and they were great. The sauces are all house-made and delicious. I will definitely be back.

Awesome place to go and grab a bite. Really liked our server Gabriel also his server assistance which i forgot to ask for her name, but made us feel welcome. Will definitely be coming back to eat here in the future. Kudos to them two. Good costumer service.

First time here. The Buffalo wings are delicious 10/10. The burger was juicy and fresh. The people there are very friendly and very welcoming. Check it out! Worth a try!

Breakfast was yummy!!!! Wow!!! I came from Minnesota for a three day weekend, and LILA was amazing!!! She served me the best breakfast and was so kind!!! She had a huge personality and made me want to order everything on the menu!!! This is the only place I’ll come when I’m in town, thank you Lila for being so polite and personable! Ericka collaso

My Husband and I had breakfast there and it was wonderful! Lila was our server. She was so pleasant and friendly. We truly enjoyed her positive energy and conversation. There was no way I could not take the time to leave a stellar review with such great food and service. I highly recommend Burger Theory if you're in the area. You will not be disappointed!
