Caffe Streets Reviews

the coffee was good, but wouldn't recommend sitting in and eating. the owners seem to have prioritized the trendy aesthetic over everything else. everything was sticky, maybe because they're afraid harsh cleaners would damage the wood? the tables are tiny and drilled into the floor way too close to the booths. the ceiling is cool but at what cost lmao

This cafe theme is hilarious and cool… the street lights and security cameras made me laugh when I finally noticed them. Good date venue with DELICIOUS orange n rosemary beignets. Every time I go, Mak and Luke are both working and are so sweet! They have great suggestions and their staff fave pics are the best drinks on the menu. 10/10 would recommend being nice to them by emptying your pockets into their tip jar

Once I returned to Chicago, I knew I had to return to this cafe at some point in time! I have had some good memories here with friends, and it’s such a cute spot to do a bit of work done too. I am usually a huge fan of their lattes ☕️ and when I gifted their coffee, my friends were happy too ???? Please do try this place out when you are in Wicker Park/Division area!

Service was lacking/rude and the information from the server was inaccurate. They insisted a coffee named triforce blend was a single origin roast.

Odered and espresso.
The lady at the counter said they only do one type of espresso but we were not able to understand what she said so we asked again for the name. She repeated the name "triforce". We asked if there were single origin espressos. She did the triforce blend was a single origin. I still did not understand the word triforce because she was speaking quietly/mumbling. So I finally saw the name "triforce blend" in one of the signs and said "oh triforce blend" she became very angry and waved her hands and said "IT IS SINGLE ORIGIN" at which point I apologized for stressing her out. That was the end of the interaction. It was very clear she wished we were not there and she did not want to be there. That kind of attitude is rude and disappointing to me any day anywhere.

First time exploring in the neighborhood and was grateful to find this gem of a coffee shop!

The coffee and tea are truly high quality and sustainably sourced too! The donuts are vegan but after that first bite your tongue will trick you into thinking that milk and eggs were harmed in the making of this donut. ????

The vibe is wonderfully chill! I got a lot of work done here and was grateful especially since my local Airbnb did not have WiFi.

You can even order in advance and pick up at their cute pick up window or come inside and be soothed by the eclectic music, the beautiful atmosphere, and the incredibly helpful and efficient staff.

☕️????

The baristas were rude and I am not usually the type to comment on something like this but it was pretty hurtful. I was excited to get some work done in the cafe but ended up leaving right away. The energy was so off.

ordered a vanilla cappuccino and received a warm cup of coffee instead. assuming the barista woke up on the wrong side of bed this morning, as she was extremely rude and had quite an attitude. don’t be deceived by the appearance - there are several great coffee spots in the area!

A nice, laid-back spot with good coffee and friendly baristas. Their serving sizes are pretty big too.

Caffe Streets is thriving. With indoor seating opened up again, there is always a buzzing and pleasant crowd here. Coffee is good, folks working here are super friendly, and the vibe of the place is always warm and welcoming. My partner and I have always liked coming here since we moved to the neighborhood, but lately it has been our go-to. Highly recommend you stop by!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Chicago. The coffee is excellent and so is the service. It's a great place to come alone and work, study, or read, or to come with friends for coffee and a chat. There's a nice patio area in the front that is open in the summer. When you order coffee you also get sparkling water to cleanse your palate as you would in many cafes in Europe.

Not particularly impressed with this location. There are a plethora of options within a few square miles, including a Starbucks and smaller coffee shops. The menu isn't prominently displayed and the service doesn't seem too concerned to provide any additional details on the offerings. I opted for a cold brew and found that the coffee was a bit harsh for a coffee that is meant to be smoother.

Very expensive trendy place. The coffee is good and it’s an environment looks like it’s built for working or studying. Lots of outlets and table space and a good layout. good music but it’s a bit too loud. Its almost perfect except for the fact that the WiFi goes out very frequently.

I popped into this shop Saturday morning around 9:30, and it wasn’t too crowded. The atmosphere here is so cool! They sell a selection of coffees roasted by metric, and have pastry options as well. I ordered an iced matcha and it was very good.

Excellent music and great coffee. It's not a typical cafe in that there aren't a bunch of outlets for people to plug their computers into. Really cool ambiance as well, with interesting interior. The customer service is also exceptional. An example of how Chicago is going back to indie cafes with personality.
