I give this place 3.5 stars.
The fried rice and veggie dishes are great. Some of the best green beans we have had. Ambiance is good and service at the bar was good.
The chicken was really disappointing (burned on bottom) since we have had sichuan style chicken in China and even other places here in the US. Red wine choices are not that great - all were dry. While that May pair better with food, those are bad choices for pre dinner drinks.
Craving for legit Asian cuisine? This is your place…
Usually one of the most important factors for me to grant all 5 golden stars to a establishment is whether I have the intention to return or not. Well, this is our 4th time here… and it’s because every time we crave Asian food we know we can find the real deal here. After almost 9 years living in Asia, you get this craving once in a while and the chef here has the proper training, knowledge and experience to deliver. We read about her the first time and knew we were going to get the right stuff.
Besides the good quality of the food and products, the atmosphere and location is great in here. Top it up with well crafted cocktails and you get all you want. I could get a bit of more kindness from the staff, I understand that after all this time the reputation can get up in your head, but hey! We come for the food right? And we will come back for sure.

I had the impression that I was in a Chinese movie scene.
The decor was extremely unusual and genuine.
I had xia long bao, shrimp dumplings in peanut sauce, and they were delicious!
I also ordered their duck fried rice, which is one of their signature dishes. It was interesting and delicious, but it was also too salty and too much for us to eat.
Although mafu tofu was my favorite Chinese meal, I didn't care for it since it had too many strong flavors and was too acidic.
The waiter was exceptionally cordial and helpful.
It was a pleasant encounter.

The atmosphere and space were awesome and service (Jane) was great. Excellent cocktails. Loved the beef and broccoli the most of all the dishes we tried. The hot and sour soup was fine, but not as compelling as the other dishes we tried. Definitely recommend eating here and sharing plates!

The crab's green was phenomenal with real crab meat In a soft fluffy pastry wrap. The xiaolongbao soup dumplings were were extremely tasty I only wish it was served with more than 4 pieces and have more soup inside. :) The duck fried rice was was very sparse in the dark meat for the dish. I found it to be a bit greasy also. The spicy fried rice was pretty much all bread. I was eating fried bread and ended up sending it back. As for the celebration we were served a healthy great presentation of a sorbet and that indeed was my favorite.

Wasn’t too thrilled with this place. Extremely expensive and felt the food was okay. The staff though we’re EXTREMELY nice. Loved our server, he was so awesome. The best item was hands down the pork belly, it was actually really good, a 5 star item. The green beans were decent too. The green onion pancakes were good, I wish the sauce was a little sweeter though. The gyozas and buns were okay. The duck noodles were probably my least favorite dish. Very greasy and tasted a little over salted.
I feel like due to the amount of positive reviews I must be in the wrong here. Everyone seems to love this place, maybe it’s just not my cup of tea.

Had our son's graduation dinner here, it was amazing! The food just kept coming and every dish was delicious!! Our server Jonathan was awesome, he accommodated our little ones with white rice and they were SO happy!! Excellent server!! We had a set up in the private room with the sliding doors, felt like VIPs!! Definitely recommend for all your gatherings!!

I enjoyed my visit to Duck Duck Goat. Love the different decor styles within the restaurant. I sat in the red room which was the most lovely of the other dining spaces. For dinner, I had the Duck and Goat Spring Rolls, SO YUMMY, and Pekan Chicken. I did not like the chicken because it is fried quite hard and the sauce was just okay. I didn’t send it back though. I ate everything lol It wasn’t bad, just fried too hard for my liking. Overall, nice restaurant. Worth a try!

Duck Duck Goat was recommended when we were at Stephanie’s other restaurant Girl and the Goat. The modern take on Chinese food was really fun and delicious. We went on Saturday night so it was very busy. We had reservations but still waited shortly. Our seating was very crowded but it looked like larger groups were well-accommodated at bigger tables. Our server was fine - but overall service wasn’t as stellar as our experiences elsewhere. Our small table was often overcrowded with plates and dishes. That said, the food was outstanding!! We had the short rib and bone marrow dumplings, crab rangoon, duck fried rice and pork belly. My gosh - all so delicious and perfectly layered with flavors. Highly recommend!

We’ve had a delicious meal at this fun, well decorated and trendy restaurant. The Asian fusion food was flavourful and had a very fun twist. The duck fried rice was absolutely phenomenal, the soup dumpling delicious and the desert heavenly. I will definitely come back to try more items on their menu. The service was also top notch!
