We arrived at 2:00pm. It wasn’t busy so the food came out quick, but the service was so slow! Our server spent time chatting instead of checking on her table. No one asked if the table was over or pre-bussed the table. No sign of customer service. Spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy and unseasoned. They put the seasoning all on one spot. It look and tasted like a pork chop. The impossible burger was good. The fries were cooked too hard. Drinks were strong! I’d go just for the drinks and if you just want a quiet lunch to yourself. Not really a vibe for a Friday lunch with friends.
A million stars! This place is phenomenol, and I don't say that lightly. Great location, nice A/C going on and vibe, waitress Chloe was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, food was SO GOOD, and prices were still very reasonable, especially for the quality and location. Finally, a place who hasn't taken advantage of the "inflation" and "supply chain" crisis. Quality here is just top notch! Will be back many times over.

Nice place with good staff. Our server was funny and put up with our jokes and joked right along with us. We appreciated that.
Really good food. Decent parking nearby. It’s not too loud. Good spacing between the tables. Heck of a drink selection.

Seems like more of an after work place to relax but went on a Saturday and the atmosphere was nice, pretty quiet and the staff was great. Food was great too!

this is a nice respite bar in the South loop, relaxing and friendly. The food was good, I had loaded tots and chicken fingers, both were delicious! The beer list is good, I would like to see a bigger variety of tap beers, especially a few more local beers, but overall a decent number of choices.

Behind this cooler is the manager on duty. His staff smiled when I asked if the manager was adtessing the issue, obviously they felt comfy in his leadership. WORK HERE, the food & experience they deliver is why I came here from 200Km away when I needed a day away. I trust these folks!

Located just a block south of Willis Tower, this is a nice place to blow off some steam after a hard day of in-person work in the loop. The specials menu for food and drinks keeps rotating and is really nice. the ambience is lively and the music will not overpower conversations. I've tried their soups, burgers, beers and sides and they're all great. I'd recommend the spinach artichoke dip with pita! the only downside is the price point. it's a bit expensive (~$30 per person)

For a late night bite on a week day near Willis Tower, go to Franklin Tap. Food is better than we were expecting for a bar style restaurant. The steak tacos were great and my husband enjoyed his burger. They have a great beer selection, including local breweries. Service was friendly and pleasant. We will definitely go again.

Quick stop at Franklin Tap. Service is always friendly and fast no matter what time you arrive. Great beers on tap, cans or bottles. Tried the Revolution Peanut Butter Eugene Porter 6.8 ABV and Surly Darkness Russian Imperial Stout 12.5 ABV. Both are rich, tasty and refreshing with a roasted malt. Get some today.
