Very spacious, clean and sanitize, welcoming. Dishes are very decently priced and they are very yummy. Many varieties. Maybe one of the best value + variety + tastiness dim sum places in Chicago chinatown. Delivery is fast and stuff are very nice! Will surely go back again if we visit chicago again.
Dim sum varieties were delicious and good cost! Atmosphere and vibe were great.

Best dim sum in Midwest. The portion was large and the price was reasonable. You can be reassured of their authenticity as all waiters speak Cantonese.

BE CAREFUL OF BEING QUESTIONED ABOUT YOUR TIPPING + BROKEN CUPS/PLATES
FOOD: 8/10
SERVICE: 1/10
Pretty good dim-sum. My family and I have been coming here for a long time. One thing to be wary of though, would be the cups and plates. When I was there with my family, my uncle was pouring tea into his cup, but it leaked as the cup was cracked at the bottom. Most of our plates were also chipped. Another thing was that we ordered egg tarts, but everything came out except that. We asked one of the staff and turns out that they were sold out of it. But they didn't bother notifying us at all until we asked! One thing also, that has never happened until this time, was that when my mom was paying, she gave some tip, but the cashier, possibly the owner, LITERALLY told my mom, “Only this little, it’s suppose to be 15% for tipping”. Like WHAT…? Then my mom proceeds to give another $3, and that lady still has the NERVES to say “It’s still 15% though”, ONE MORE TIME! APPARENTLY SHE STILL WASN’T SATISFIED EVEN AFTER MY MOM GAVE EVEN MORE TIP!!!!! WTH! EXTREMELY UPSET WITH HER WORDS!

Service was not pleasant, but the food made up for it. Highly recommend the pork and shrimp siu mai, beef tripe with ginger and onion, pan fried pot stickers, and mango pudding dessert. Great food portions, but wish the staff were friendlier

Decided to visit this place on Christmas day. Ordered food, it all came at different times. Waited over an hour for an appetizer, end up canceling the orderbecause they sat us on the corner and totally forgot about us. Horrible service, under staff, they don't speak English because I spoke to several people about my order and they did not understand a word! All they said is that they were too busy. Obviously, but dang!! Really?! They didn't even pick up our plates, we had to put them on another table. Disappointing, they did not care a bit. Never going there again!!

Food was awesome and this is why I gave it three stars. Guess this justified the horrible service(?) It seems it was our fault to be here to bother them.
1. Had to wait for 15 mins to be waited. Front desk treated us as invisible when she showed up and the only thing she did was bring ppl in the queue in. Basically, she showed up, saw us, ignored and left without saying anything.
2. When I went to the men's room, there was an employee coming out who opened the door abruptly and he almost hit me. He didn't bother saying anything leaving me feel it was my fault because I wanted to use the men's room.
3. We didn't know who our server was throughout the meal. After seated, no one cared to take our order. We had to bring order to whoever in front of the computer to get the order in. When done, we waited for 30 mins but no one showed up, we had to get our to-go boxes and packed the food ourselves.
4. When we started packing left-overs, someone finally showed up but she was there to clean the table for the next group. This led to our only conversation we had with an employee. We were told "you can pay here".
From the internet we learnt the owner of this restaurant said "we don't want to earn money only, but we want to improve the impression people have about Chinese reataurants". Based our first experience, we honestly feel this is irronic.

The BEST dim sum around! I've been to Colorado, Wisconsin, Nevada, California and Hawaii for dim sum and I still come back here! Large menu and the food comes out fast. Please make sure to try the Taro buns and fried sticky rice dumpling, with EXTRA chili oil
Theirs is the best! I make sure to come at least a few times a year!

I went here to celebrate a friends wedding and we were served 12 dishes. 1) amazing that the restaurant was able to serve THIS much food to about 100 ppl 2) great wait staff 3) the food itself wasn’t amazing. While the restaurant itself was such a good time bc of the whole 12 course experience, I wouldn’t come back to eat here myself. The food fell short in flavor and texture. Some dishes were over cooked and some dishes were just over powering in the sense of a lot of the dishes just tasted the same lol . Overall, I had a fun experience and I was there to celebrate my friend and the restaurant did that perfectly.

You got to get the Beijing duck wraps! They personally cut the duck for you by the table and it all very fresh and warm, perfect for the duck and sauce and pancake wrap to melt in your mouth! Everything was tender with the taste of authentic Chinese food (of course if you can order right????).
