Expensive, but not terrible for being in a hotel. The kale and shaved brussel sprout salad is outstanding, and service was promt.

Food was decent and the service was excellent, but the menu is fairly limited and wow is it overpriced.

It’s not very often I pay $20 for microwaveable bacon and eggs out of a carton not $3 coffee.... i live in Scottsdale, AZ and pay half for real food. I only ate here because I had to catch a flight and leave ASAP and there were no other options (besides Starbucks) Sheraton honestly has poor food choices. Highly expensive. Overrated. Save your money!

Almost 60 dollars for two people to serve themselves soggy scrambled eggs and undercooked sausage. Luckily, the hostess seemed to understand the rip off, so we only paid for one meal, but still WAY overpriced. Service was nonexistent. There were many open tables, but we were sat right by the entrance so everybody entering the diarrhea palace had the pleasure of running into my chair. The best part of the meal was the elementary school boxes of milk. VERY disappointed. Sheraton hotels and the poor chef who's name is associated with this "restaurant" should be embarrassed. So bad it was laughable.

We're here for comic con and on our last day we came down from our sheraton room to eat breakfast and it was good but within 15 mins I was sick. Now I can't go enjoy my last day at comic con. Thanks LB Bistro. Expensive $70 breakfast for 3 of us and it makes me sick. Should've went to Starbucks.

This is located inside Sheraton Grand Chicago. I needed a quick breakfast, and this is the only restaurant that is open for breakfast (there is a small cafe next to it that is open also, but I wanted a full, hot breakfast). It was on the lower level, and the elevator didn’t get me there… Interesting… So, I went to the lobby, found an escalator all the way at the back, and down I went.
It was a nice space, larger than I thought, very clean and had good amount to lights. It was nearly empty when I went, and server came over and asked if I wanted coffee and juice. I got up to get some food buffet, and they had most of all the basic breakfast items, such as build-your-own parfait, build-your-own omelet (even though there was no staff behind it to ask for it), all sorts of baked goods and breads, and hot items like bacon and sausage.
The waiter was really nice and polite, I was well taken care of. Even though the food was not amazing, but buffet style meal is not something you get a gourmet, super delicious, amazing food.
I actually went back there for a quick lunch on the same day before leaving the hotel. There is not buffet for lunch, but a regular lunch menu. I wanted a salad, which I thought would be quick and fast, but ended up taking a while (much longer than I expected) for the salad to come out. I ordered Ahi Tuna Salad, and it was huge! I actually couldn’t finish, it was so filling.
It is not the kind of restaurant I would go out of my way to get to, but it was a “hotel restaurant” and they did fulfill the need of quick breakfast. The lunch option was nice too, but I thought it took too long for a salad order. The staffs were all really nice, friendly and welcoming, which is always a plus. Read my full review of the restaurant and food on my food blog, foodlovergirl.

Decent bakery. Breakfast items are overpriced hotel food.
