Honestly, really tasty. The drinks were delicious and the happy hour food, while small portions, was still good. I would only ask for a slightly bigger portion but keep the same prices and this place will be 5 stars. Still highly recommend it though. Order your happy hour drinks double... quite worth it, especially the berry berry mojito... in my most humble opinion of course.
Ate lunch here with my hubs. We got the fish n chips. Food was pretty good without breaking our budget. Was recommended the berry mojito and it was also delicious. Food was perfectly fried without being too greasy. Staff was also delightful.
If I ever come back to Chicago I'd eat here again!

The people in our group that had the steak said it was amazing. The fillet of sole, however, was somewhat fishy and it was over seasoned, perhaps in an attempt to hide the fishy taste. The green beans were also over seasoned- very salty. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and the service was good.

I hadn’t been to this location in some years. The waiter was courtesy and had decent recommendations. Actually, the pictures are his favorite two entrees on the menu. We started with Oysters Rockefeller, which we great! I forgot to take pictures before we ate them. So shells down are what you see. The Prosecco Sangria was tasty. My friend had the Salmon fish with crab. She cleaned her plate! Lol! I had the mixed grill, which includes a crab cake, salmon & crab stuffed shrimp (3). I had a doggy bag, but the food was tasty. For dessert, my friend has the Fruit in a chocolate bag. Very cute and very good. I ended with the Spiked Mocha! Yep, yummy! No complaints, except there’s no real parking around the restaurant, only very competitive street/metered parking. For those traveling public transit. The green & blue line stops are a block away on Lake St. All in all, it was a good experience!

The food was very delicious and the service was great. Wonderful location as you’re able to see a lot of the beautiful Chicago architecture along the Chicago river. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the decor seems very old and outdated. Other than that, I enjoyed myself.

We really enjoyed McCormick & Schmick's this past Friday night. The interior is inviting, comfortable, and classy. The food (I had the Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Sixty South Salmon) was excellent! My daughter had the Herb Grilled Chicken which was also excellent. Really no complaints – our server Mark did a great job all around.

Stopped in for happy hour and loved the food. Service was nice too! They didn’t really have any drink specials but when you get a drink, you’re able to purchase a pretty wide variety of happy hour specials on food, ranging from $4-$10. Great spot to stop in and their general menu looked great as well.

First of all, lol! Why’s it so cold inside the restaurant? We couldn’t get cozy up and enjoy our food. I don’t like to eat with my coat on. Lol.
Not sure I would eat there again. Very small portion of food. The food was good. Very tasty. We eventually ended up getting pizza and ice cream later - ‘cause I wasn’t full. LOL! ???? my fiancé enjoyed his meal though. Maybe what I ordered just wasn’t enough. Maybe a different dish would have fulfill me.
Great location yes, not my vibe.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and the service was horrible. The paper menu they gave me was stained. I had to ask multiple times for bread to be brought to my table. I asked for water with lemon and they brought my lemon on a paper napkin. My food was served, then I had to wait at least 5 minutes just to get silverware to eat. I ordered the sea bass - it was fishy and tasted like tilapia, but the green beans and potatoes were good. I told the manager about my experience and all she said was that they were busy and understaffed.
