Momentum Coffee was excellent!! The staff were super nice and the space was very inviting. I had a breakfast croissant sandwich that was delicious with a great cup of coffee. I definitely will be back!!

Momentum Coffee is a great little spot. It is conveniently located right by a green line stop for those who want to grab something on the go.
They offer a simple selection of food and drinks. I ordered a sandwich and a chai latte. Both were delicious and very reasonably priced.
I stayed and worked. Wifi connection was strong, music was nice without being overpowering, and plenty of seating options with outlet access.
Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely kind.
I will definitely visit again :)

I visited Chicago last week and had the distinct pleasure of visiting Momentum Coffee. What an experience! The space was captivating! The coffee was smooth, hot and tasty.
I had a Matcha Latte with oat milk and an almond croissant. The almond croissants are like no other. There is almonds filler and paste through each bite! It's not just a hollow croissant with a little almond paste. I tried my friend chicken sausage and egg croissant. Also delicious!
In all the experience was great. Took a Matcha to go!
It was my first coffeehouse experience in Chicago! Won't be my last.

Met a college friend here for breakfast. This place was chosen by because the owners graduated from our alma mater. It's always great to support FAMUly. This is a cute coffee shop in a great location. My friend and I didn't have much time to spare so I wasn't able to relish in the outside atmosphere or the beauty of this set up. I'm not a coffee drinker but was happy with my Chai tea. And I was pleasantly surprised and delighted that they offered alternatives, such as almond milk. I picked up the cranberry muffin and it was okay. The next time I am in Chicago, I'll be sure stop by again ????????

Ordered a iced matcha latte, and it tasted like straight up whole milk, tasted nothing like matcha ! Worst thing I have ever ordered at a coffee shop! Save your selves from going here !

This is my first visit to Chicago and of course I want to check out local coffee spots. Momentum Coffee was my first spot I visited and it was solid.
First of all the location is great but upon entering the coffee shop I did not feel this would be a great place to do work. I think music would be a nice touch to make it feel more upbeat and welcoming. The baristas were good, they seem very occupied and I wasn’t going to strike a conversation which I usually do.
I ordered cappuccino and a croissant. Coffee was pretty good and so was croissant. I love the logo but I wish they had ceramic dine in cup.
Would I come back for a cup of joe again? Absolutely! But I would most take it to go and would not necessarily make it my creative work coffee spot.

Coffee shop up front with ample indoor/outdoor seating and coworking space in the back. Full service coffee shop with sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, and pastries offered. My review is for the coffee shop in terms of the working environment is one that was not conducive for my creativity. The seats were uncomfortable, the colors in the room were dull, and the music was not to my liking.
Great and friendly staff though!

A simple but pleasant coffee shop. The espresso tasted nice all for under $4. The barista was pleasant for having me and service is quick. Lots of space here to hangout!

I visit momentum DAILY. I love this spot. I usually order a french vanilla latte with extra french vanilla & I recently tried the cheeseburger kolache & it was the bomb!!! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Even though I'm a customer daily they still greet me the same as the first time they ever met me and I love that!

This was my team's go-to coffee spot on the way from our Airbnb to a nearby conference. Love the art, good music, friendly staff, and excellent iced drinks. The almond croissant is now the standard we're going to measure all our future croissants by.

This was our morning pick-me-up stop every day of RICE 2022! Coffee, tea, matcha lemonades, smoothies, and the best almond croissant I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town!

I've been getting dirty chai to take with me to work. I'm glad there's another coffee shop that has good quality coffee and tea and is in route to my job with nearby quick parking. I can't tell you how annoying it is to live on the south side and not have that many options for freshly made quality coffee. (This is infinitely better than Starbucks.) I also enjoyed that they had a unique take on the breakfast sandwich and I also enjoyed their snickerdoodle latte at some point even though it was a special item and is no longer available.
The employees are very attentive and sweet. They'll make small talk and give good suggestions if you want to try something new. They also write little messages on the drinks and food cups and bags... It's a nice way to start the day!

The best coffee in Chicago hands down!! Their frozen mocha is one of my favorites along with other countless options! Not only is the coffee the best, they have the best staff and super cute vibe! Like they always say #keepthemomentum! I highly recommend making this your go to coffee spot!
