I've gotten takeout from here several times and have never had a bad experience. The food is good, the portions are big, the prices are fair and they're VERY fast.
I especially recommend the egg rolls, honey shrimp and garlic pork, but really everything I've had has been great.

I Ordered food online through Door Dash and it took over an hour. when I called them they said that they had no record of my order and told me to call Door Dash. I checked my account and was charged 2x. I was on the phone with DoorDash for over 30 minutes. I will NEVER order from Plenty again.

Have ordered here at least 10 times the past year---I love them! The food is consistently large-portioned, delicious and quickly delivered. My personal favorites are the soft, golden pot stickers, vegetable lo mein, sweet & sour chicken, and beef & broccoli.

I was picking up my order so I went in the restaurant. The guy behind the counter kicked me out without asking why I'm there. I waited 10min. I checked the app in my phone. It said my order was ready 20min ago. I called the restaurant to verify with them if my order is ready. They said yes. I said then why did you kick me out. I got my food and drove home (30 minutes). I got home and passed out everybody's food. Mine was missing... I called them up and they said sorry I'll make it for you now. So 15min there and 15min back, everyone has finished their food and going home. I have ordered here before. This will be the last time.

Best Chinese carry-out in Chicago. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been great. Love their egg rolls as well as the chicken and broccoli! So glad they’re in my neighborhood :)

Some discrepancy on the reviews. From 1 to 5 stars. I wouldn't know anything about the service since I ordered thru door dash, so my rating is strictly on food.
Food was ok. I've had better in the area. It wasn't horrible, nor great. Disappointed in the fried wonton, not having any protein in them, nor did it come with sauce.
But they're one of few that provide special combos. The chicken were large pieces, the taste was good. Price was pretty good as well. For take out, they did not provide utensil. Luckily the hotel had some.
I think 3 stars is fair.

Inexpensive food, and generous portions. We have been ordering from this place for two years, and have yet to experience an issue with order times, or food being unsatisfactory. Always a favorite when we're working long hours at the at the scooter shop, and need something we can rely on.

Above average flavors, fried rice was better than I've had at other Chinese restaurants, their XL serving for rice is enough for 4-5 people, orange chicken was nothing special but good too
