Me, my brother, and my best friend ate here the night of the Rage Against The Machine concert on night 3 of their Public Service Announcement Tour. It was within walking distance of our hotel, which was nice, they stayed open late, and they were super cool people that worked there. The pizza was good and fresh out the oven hot. We ordered over the phone and walked there and when we got there, got our drinks, and sat down, our order was ready. So perfect timing and the pizza was fire!

Soo. I looked for a local pizza joint in Chicago. Coming from out of town. Sure it was late....doesn't mean my pizza should miss EVERYTHING about a Supreme pizza! Got about twelve sausages on a pizza that I WISHED was a true Chicago PIZZA! FOR SHAME!

Sauce is pretty bland, but otherwise ok if there aren't other options available.

I did order Chicago O G pizza but it’s garbage. They don’t do deep dish pizza but the pictures look like some deep dish pizza. I never order again.

If you want thin crust, either whole pizza or by the slice. I don't know why you would go anywhere else. Reasonable price and delicious pizza. The workers were also very friendly.

Primo’s is disgusting and low quality. Do not order from here. They stole from me, treated me rudely, and then they argued with me and hung up. They sent me an incomplete order and charged me fully. I know they are aware of the issue, because they reached out to grubhub and resolved it halfway, and stole from me only half now. When I called, I was ignored and hung up on. The only thing more DISGUSTING than their food and quality of food is their customer service and employees. What a disgusting business run by disgusting people. Do not support liars and thieves with gross horrible food. Go somewhere else, where you will be treated like a paying customer and not stolen from. Their employees are beyond rude and they have disgusting food. Never ever order from Primo’s!

Avoid this place at all costs! They steal from customers! Tonight I ordered three full size salads, and I received two full size salads and one side salad, despite paying for three full sized. None of the salads that arrived matched what I ordered, nor what was on Primo’s menu (see pictures). I called to explain what happened, and two EXTREMELY rude employees spoke to me. I am disgusted by the male employee who spoke to me over the phone. Not only did he have zero explanation of why this happened, he told me he was unable to help me in any way and offered zero ideas for resolution, even when directly asked. His unprofessional and absolute rudeness and disrespect were appalling. I paid for and ordered things I didn’t receive, and Primo’s stole from me. I wasn’t offered a refund, discount, redelivery, explanation, or anything. The employee was extremely disrespectful and blamed me for Primo’s issue several times. I am appalled at the disgusting quality of food and lies, but more are how this issue was handled. He didn’t even offer to ask my information or offer for someone to call me back at a later day/time. I am disgusted and appalled by the complete lack of customer service, even more so than the fact that Primo’s lied and stole from me.

I am giving 1 star because I can’t give 0! Pick anything over Primo’s- what a disgusting place in every possible way! I did not receive what I ordered and what is on the menu I ordered from, but paid the full price with zero offer to even slightly resolve. I ordered salads with toppings as specified by Primo’s only menu and Grubhub’s online menu.

Someone from Primo’s could have called if they did not have the ingredients, and someone could definitely have been sympathetic and understand and offered any help at all, but they are incredibly rude. I don’t know what I received from Primo’s, but it is not what I ordered. I am appalled by Primo’s lack of service and quality. Avoid at all costs! I will be telling everyone I know to never support Primo’s, with lying menus and low quality ingredients, who steal from and openly disrespect paying customers (who Primo’s stole from). Absolutely disgusting restaurant in every possible way!

This place is great. Primo's has delicious pizza and the staff there are very friendly. This was the very beginning of the snowstorm and, just as I was walking in I saw Grimace going out the side door. This time I did see the name on the back of his jersey. He was wearing an Artis Gilmore Bulls jersey with number 53 on it. Artis Gilmore fashion be dominating career in the paint in the ABA and the NBA. Artis Gilmore had a low-key personality and was unpretentious with his playing style. We certainly didn't generate the hype that backlit many other basketball star centers of his day. But when he went up for a rebound or block a shot everybody knew who Artis Gilmore was. I thought it was pretty cool the Grimace had on one of his jerseys. I remember going to see Artis Gilmore play at the Old Chicago Stadium. That was pretty cool.

I thought it was my food intolerance getting the better of me but my dad who has a steel stomach also tried the pizza and he immediately got sick so it's definitely the pizza that made us violently Ill. :/

Last night a coworker and I ordered 2 Italian beefs well dipped with mozzarella cheese and peppers; this is what we got. They verified everything we asked for as they prepared the food and still gave us trash, which is exactly where this mess went. We will NOT go back there

Jumbo slice was hot and tasty. The wings were good and had a nice crunch.

The pizza is standard but it’s the other items like their soup and desserts which deserve a 5 star rating and the staff have always been super friendly. I remember long and efficient lines during grad school at UIC

I'm a sandwich gal. I'm slightly obsessed with the Italian sub. Today I tried the American sub. Each visit, it's consistent, tasty, and served with a smile. Even when they are busy, they pour the same love into each sandwich! It's part of my lunch rotation. Must visit. Thank you!!

One of the best giant slice pizza’s I’ve ever had. I also like the sandwiches a lot. The Italian beef is my favorite. Their soup is the best. Customer service is #1 would definitely be coming back again

I went here on the way to another place for lunch, and decided to stop in on a whim. What a pleasant experience! It's really a neighborhood place, the kind that seems to be disappearing when areas become too expensive. They actually cut my slice of pizza, and added a small sampling of soup to go with it. It seems like good value all around.

I have been eating here for past 7 years. I've been working in the west loop and i am always looking for inexpensive food. This is the best place you can go to have some delicious Italian food.

old school. It's been around a long time. the feeling you get when entering any number of ancient Greek or Italian joints in Chicago. i couldn't find any info on when it opened so i'll have to ask next time i stop in.

like today.

for under $5 i got a bevvies & an enormous slice cut into little squares (?) which came with a cup of cream of spinach soup that was even better than the pizza.

who does that?

salads, Italian beefs & subs, Iaccoca, and everything in between.

delicious foods & a full wallet. that's what i'm talking about.
