Really neat coffee/cafe place that offers some interesting and delicious sandwiches. Staff is super kind and thoughtful. A tad pricey but worth it
We waited 15 minutes for a coffee to go. 11:30 on Saturday is not a time to go. Iced mocha was delicious , latte was bitter

Super friendly people. Always super busy, they have a great selection. They carry do-rite doughnuts and always have a few gluten free, and some other gf options. Don't love the gf bread but plenty of other things on the menu. They're trying to limit their environmental impact, don't have disposable cups anymore, wish more places made that the norm.

I had their raspberry mocha that they make in-house, and it was pretty amazing. Planning on going back to try their breakfast because they have a pretty solid selection. I also really love their reusable cup policy. Bottom line, I'll definitely be going back

Great place for sandwiches and coffee. They do run out of bagels and breads pretty regularly so you'll have to be flexible when ordering. The kitchen also seems to get bogged down easily so you are best served ordering around there busy times.

Stopped here for a morning brew and breakfast. Brought my laptop to work as well. They had a few open seats which was nice and also managed to find an outlet. I had a Chorizo Kolache and it was very good! I also had a medium drip coffee which was slightly sour. I wanted to get a refill as it is only an additional dollar but barely finished the first cup. Will try a different drink next time I come!

Delicious bagels/breakfast sandwiches! They also carry do-rite donuts. Chai tea is not too bad either!

The food is very, very good so it's worth it for that. The service leaves a LOT to be desired or the staff just have a special vendetta against me.
I used to go and place my order directly with the staff there. Until they yelled at me and told me to order online. So I started ordering online, now they ignore me when I go to pick-up my order.
Recently, someone cut me in the pick-up line, they noticed and served her anyway (not a big deal). When it was my turn, they ignored me again. I decided to go into the order line where they then yelled at me for not being in the pick-up line. If I'm not waiting 5-10m with my food sitting in front of me while the staff intentionally ignores me, I'm being yelled at. What's the point of online ordering?
I'm really not sure what it is about me, personally - I really don't want to make this about my identity, but literally no one else is treated the way I am. I'm really not sure if I should continue visiting this place.
Edit: not sure what Covid protocols have to do with toxic staff yelling at and belittling one customer in front of others, but the manager’s tone deaf response cemented my decision to not return.

Bagel sandwich was good. Very messy with scrambled eggs on it. Would be better with a patty. Barely any Bagels to choose from due to them being busy. Was a good spot tho

I love having Spoken right in my neighborhood! They make their own peanut butter which is the most delicious thing in the world, especially on their cinnamon raisin bagel. They have several vegan options, including donuts! The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is really cool.

Awesome place! Great coffee, great pastries, great bagels, great everything!!! If you're in the area stop by and grab something! It's also across the street from Margie's candies as well. They have a walk up window for the COVID times and so you can still get everything that you want.

I like the chill vibe here. Definitely enjoyed their drip coffee and caldera breakfast sandwich. I would recommend this cafe for individuals in Ravenswood area who want a quick bite, cup of coffee and lunch. On the weekends, the best time to come in is between 8:30am and 9:30am because it gets busy afterwards.

Small place, more of a takeaway since the seating is sparse. The coffee is good, the sandwiches can be hit or miss. They have a nice selection of items. The location couldn’t be more perfect.

Insider tip:
1) get the pressed focaccia for any of the breakfast sandwiches - it’s phenomenal.
2) there is a bathroom but it’s difficult to get to.
We have been coming here three weekends a month for nearly two years and I don’t know why it took me so long to write and review.
We love this place! The specials are always delicious and themed with a fun name. This is a low-key atmosphere but take their coffee and food seriously. Donuts are Do-rite doughnuts and they have Floriole pastries. They also have a small area to buy coffee related gifts.
