We had an amazing experience. The ambiance was really nice, with good music and lighting. Our servers were very helpful in aiding us choose the sushi. The all you can eat option is $25 after tax and it includes dessert. Both the service and the food was wonderful and would definitely go back again.
This is the sushi restaurant that Lincoln Square needed and was waiting for. The service is friendly and fast. The owner comes out and talks to you as well as asks what you need. The ambiance is nice, bright and energetic. The portions are healthy and the taste is on point. I’ve ordered about 2/3rds of the menu and everything I’ve eaten I’ve liked. I realize that not everyone is as open as I am, but order your favorite and I’m very positive that you’ll like it. This is my go to sushi place for dine in and takeout, and I want it to be yours too. Our neighborhood needs Sushi Tokoro and I hope they are here for the li g haul!

I truly loved this place, the sushi is amazing. But after the experience I had today with my mother I will never go back. I was a regular pick up order person. My mother and I decided to sit inside this time and eat. We were the first ones to arrive. After ordering a few more people arrived. As we waited and as I worked we noticed that everyone began eating but us! We waited over 30 mins maybe even longer! I approached the waitress and asked why we haven’t been served and she said a few more mins. After waiting and seeing everyone eat we decided to leave! Never will I step a foot at this restaurant!

Good price for unlimited sushi but definitely not the best for AYCE sushi. Most rolls tasted the same. The fried elements of the rolls tasted stale and chewy instead of crunchy.

Good place for AYCE sushi - one of the only places for that near Lincoln Square. Seating is hard to get and wait times are pretty bad. But the sushi is good and the prices are fair. My only gripe is that when you call, they always say there's a table available without any estimated wait time. Kind of shady to do. Otherwise, recommend to try it out!

Ordered food from this restaurant spent over $30. Waited 2 hours to recieve my food. Food arrived 45 minutes after delivery, after discussing whether or not this food was safe to eat (since it is raw fish, and has been sitting in a car) , and how long since it had left the restaurant they suggested I put the food back outside so they can refund me “since recommended raw fish time is close to how long since it left the restaurant”. Without offering to resend my order. I waited 2 hours for this delivery only to end up leaving the food outside to wait for a refund? I would recommend picking up food in person if you decide to eat here. Will be waiting for the refund and for them to pick up the food that they insisted I leave in the lobby.

When it comes to AYCE sushi, i recommend that dine-in should be your only option. Having said that, I actually would give this resto 3.6 rating (since I cant, i just truncate my rating). I was happily surprised that they had appetizers on the AYCE menu that most places dont provide such as the fried oyster (salty, hot, plump and fresh) and seaweed salad (my favorite). The apps are small but its an AYCE so sample a few and re-order more of your faves. The nigiri was fresh and draped over the rice which was really good and flavorful. However, some of the maki rolls had too much rice compared to their fish/veg ingredients. And on one of the rolls, the rice was too dry. But overall, the rolls was flavorful and really worth the price. Just order a few at a time, the wait for your food was not long at all (went during early dinner 530p on a Sunday). Will be back when the sushi craving strikes again.

Absolutely delicious sushi! I really loved the eel roll, but all three I tried were fantastic.
In the picture is the eel roll, sweet potato roll, and the spicy salmon roll.

This place has been hit or miss quite a few times. But when it misses, it misses pretty badly and I'm left with barely edible food and stomach pains. The most recent photo shows completely dark brown avocados and tuna which convinced me on the inconsistency. You get what you pay for but unfortunately I won't be going back again.

Great sushi AYCE place in Chicago! We tried various nigiri and two rolls and we like them all. Plus the people working there are very nice. Will definitely return.

We only go to Chicago for family, food, and to fly. Well for the most part... for my daughter’s last two birthdays we went to Sushi Tokoro. Both times, service was attentive and polite. The food was fresh and servings were plentiful. The price was fair. The environment was casual, very clean and earthy feeling. Bathroom was immaculate. We parked a block west in the street, near a Burger King.
This year we are attempting to make sushi at home, but if it fails, we might just drive from Kenosha to Chicago for a pick up!

All you can eat Sushi deal is phenomenal. Sushi was fresh and there was plenty of variety to choose from. The sushi was brought out in a cool boat and also a wooden bridge. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Will definitely visit again.

I love this sushi buffet place so much. Food came like speed of lighting. Good service and got seated right away. Dessert is included (; so great ice cream! They don’t have coconut shrimp but still a great place to visit if looking for a new favorite sushi place!

I had a fantastic experience here. Service was perfect, there were multiple servers all being very attentive to our needs. They are super kind, polite, and not annoying at all. Sushi here was delicious. There were plenty of choices, each one better than the other. When I came here, I chose the all you can eat option, and will say it was very worth it. Having had multiple appetizers, sushi rolls, and their fried bananas, I was always satisfied!! Will say the King Kong Roll was the best.
