One of my favorite restaurants in the Lincoln Square/North Center area. They have a good selection of beers on tap. The burgers are good and they have a variety of different poutines you get try. Highly recommend the brisket and jalapeno poutine.

I drove 2 hours to eat here because of the YouTube videos. Not at all what I expected. The burger had no flavor. The restaurant had amazing decor. The servers are lackluster. My meal was interrupted by a 2 year old running around and screaming. Why would you bring a toddler to a bar? I waved my server over 3 times for ketchup because they only give you a tiny cup. He completely ignored me. I will say my boyfriends Cobb salad was amazing. The French fries are really good. Will I come back again....no!

Pleasantly surprised by the draft beer menu. Best Belgian Tripel ever. Gave my husband a few samples as he wanted to try something new. Burgers/sandwiches were huge and don’t skip the garlic seasoning on the fries!
Service was available but still had plenty of space to sit and chat without feeling rushed even at the end of the night. Artwork is interesting and we should have spent more time checking it out. Next time!

Had a good time at The Bad Apple. I tried their Poutine and it was pretty good, not something so easy to find around this area. The burgers were all very interesting, with creative toppings and names to go with it. We had "The figs is in" and "Jake and Elwood" and absolutely enjoyed it. Will come back to try some of the other burgers!

Love this place. Their brisket is incredible, and they have a shockingly expansive beer and cider menu for a place this size. Good service as well- whoever runs the music deserves a raise. A little bit more expensive than average, but you will certainly get your money’s worth.

Had the "Da Bears Burger" and it was amazing! You get a massive burger and a good amount of fries for a low price. Everyone in our party was highly satisfied with their meal. They have a great selection of beers and cocktails. Highly recommended.

Bad apple is such a great place to get a burger! They have such wonderful though out burger creations that are delicious! The meat is fantastic as well so even a plain bad apple burger is delicious. The drink creations are fantastic too and their beer list is good.

It was my first time visiting. I was celebrating passing my LCSW exam. We had no clue what we were getting ourselves into. We didn’t plan to come here but our restaurant of choice was booked for the rest of the day. I was truly amazed at all the flavors on these burgers. I am not even a burger person but I enjoyed my burger. I didn’t like the tequila options in the menu. Like who doesn’t have Don Julio on the tequila menu? Management please fix this minor issue (lol) But honestly I settled for what was there. Not bad! Cheers to me and cheers to the chef and owner of this place.

Holy smokes, the food here is beyond! I had the thunderdome sandwich and was close to tears it was so delicious. My husband and I have gone this place but didn’t know anything about it. Finally, we just decided to stop in. From the moment we entered the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our waiter, Jared was so enthusiastic about the food and chatted with us about his experience here and the history of the place. He was so kind and seemed genuinely excited for us to try the food! I wish I could virtually give you a taste of what I ate. I am so obsessed with food and think about it constantly and this meal will now hold a special place in my brain for all eternity. Thank you Bad Apple for the incredible meal, kind-hearted staff, and overall memorable time, we’ll be back!

We each picked out a beer from their decent tap selection and then we shared two burgers between the four of us. Both of them were amazing. The Fig is in burger is very different but good. You can sub a delicious salad in for the fries if you want. Fun atmosphere in the place with eclectic decor. We would highly recommend this place!

Came for a late lunch Sunday. We sat outside. We got the bone marrow starter and it’s visually so appealing HOWEVER the marrow was extremely fatty (the entire thing!) which we were not use to… staff reports marrow is fatty but that’s not our experience. Regardless the bread and the garnished dip topper dip was really good on its own.
