Food is delicious! Catfish...baby! But the service needs to be better and it can be if we try. Our restaurants should be amazing but we don't put in the effort. They didn't even sit us down for half an hour. Waitress was lovely though. Do better black people, do better.

The cashier was less than welcoming. They only accept cards with a chip, weird. And then the quality of the food was quite disappointing.

I would not spend my money here again.

I purchased a ticket for two for an all you can eat crawfish on the 28th of August and was getting ready to go but received a email only a couple hours before my appointment time letting me know that it was canceled! That has ruined our day which we had been planning.
We did get the refund and a message from Phoenix informing us that since it was canceled that we are invited to come the following week to have the all you can eat crawfish experience on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
I've just called at 2 PM to two fish Crab shack to confirm this and to see if there is an wait time but the lady on the phone put me on hold then came back to tell me that they are NOT doing that all you can eat crawfish. I explained to her the situation about the cancellation and the invitation to come back out today, she put me on hold again then came back to say they are not doing it. I've asked to speak to a manager but she did not get her manager but told me she had already asked her manager this and the manager said that they're "not doing it." What!?!?
Again this has ruin our day for the second time for what we have planned for the whole week. This is disappointing and upsetting just to say the least!

What kind of business are you running? This is falsely advertising an event where customers purchased the tickets where you cancel it only couple hours before the event time. Then inviting the guests to come the following week yet again being disappointed by not honoring your invitation or any advanced notification that you are not honoring what you have promised!
If you are not the owner, can you please forward this to the owner of the establishment so they can address the concerns properly. We definitely will let others know of our experiences with two fish Crab shack which we had never even try due to bad business management.
I would like to hear what the owner have to say regarding these problems.

Very good food and good service. The staff is very knowledgeable and educates first time visitors on the items on the menu. I would like them to add an option to add or substitute potatoes for corn in the 1LB bag of seafood of your choosing for future customers. All the seasoning have some type of hot spice to them, so ask your waiter on the different kinds because they have 4 types of hot, and 5 different types of flavors. Also the lobster sandwich is REALLY GOOD (epecially the bread). Also all soft drinks are bottled and must be purchased (even water) so be prepared for that. The shrimp comes with shells on them so if you're not used to taking those off be prepared to take your time while eating. There is plenty of street parking so no need to worry about find a park.

It took forever for them to acknowledge us, better yet take our order and even longer for us to get ice. The wings didn’t come out until it was time to leave. I try to be understanding but it was total chaos the entire time we were here. Food was being delivered to wrong tables and everything. Hopefully next time it will be better.

The catfish was delicious my girlfriend said the crab legs and the lobster tail was off the was also delicious and seasoned perfectly. The parking was a little challenging

They forgot to add the sausage to my order. When I called back to inform them they're response was "Ms. you should have checked your bag. I spent $140.00. A nicer response would have made me feel better.

Best gumbo I’ve ever had in my LIFE. Went for the special which is only Tues-Thurs currently: 1/2 lb shrimp 1/2 crab legs dine in only. Food was hot and fresh, and came out quickly. Staff is friendly. Can’t wait to go back!!! You will not be disappointed!

Was not Impressed. Too expensive, got the order wrong and the food was too salty. For Almost $80 order....Heck no! They Sure could do better. I drove miles to get there and my order was not even complete.
