My first Chicago deep dish experience. It was overall good. Friendly staff and quick service. Ended up getting way too much food, these deep dish pizzas are quite filling. Would want to try a new place when I'm in town again to compare. Maybe I'm not 100% a deep dish guy.
We just moved about 5 blocks from the restaurant. We checked their menu and seems a very good option for a local restaurant with casual dinning. We got there and the place was maybe a third of the capacity. We were excited to find a place close by that could be a reliable restaurant to dine close by. The host was super friendly and sat us right away. We got water immediately. Then.... we waited for at least 20 minutes. None of the three wait staff and the bar tender (who was directly in front of the our table) came to ask for our order. We are very patient and if someone in the staff asks us for patience because they are shorthanded (which didn't looked like that to us) we would wait longer. Unfortunately, we got up and left. The host just smiled, but nobody else spoke to us at all. We went to Fat Pour, which was at least 75% to capacity, and we were seated and eating within 15 minutes. I emailed the restaurant because I prefer to send my concern directly to the owner instead of publicly. It's been three days and I have not heard back. I am assuming that they must have a good number of regulars because new costumers don't seem to be a need for this restaurant. Which is too bad because we do eat out a lot.

A gem in the South Loop. Laid-back atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of beer on tap. The deep dish pizza is a must!

Came here for the first time a few days ago , the food was really good I had hot wings cooked well done ; which I was happy they followed cooking instructions and also fish and spaghetti it was tasty.I ate every bite. My cocktail was also made well. Server was pleasant but she kept making several trips back & forth but that can just be my hospitality background showing, Good music as well. I will be returning soon!

Ordered the deep dish pizza. Menu says it takes an hour, they had it out in about 45 mins. Worth the wait. Crust was fluffy and cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly, music was a little loud, but there was a small party going on in the back.

Started great. We were able to be seated right away. DJ was playing some good music. Went downhill afterward. There were a lot of TVs, but they were all on same channel. Drink orders took forever. Deep dish pizzas take an hour so we decided to get pizza bread. Pizza bread took an hour. Should have just got the pizza! Then a girl came in and threw water at the guy at the table next to us which splashed on us. Place was lightening up (people leaving) but drink orders still took a long time.

This restaurant is very nice and a much needed addition to the south loop area. The atmosphere is open and vibrant with their signature orange seating booths that align the wall and the service and food did not disappoint! We tried the Garlic Parmesan Wings and their signature deep dish pizza.
This place is great for group, gatherings, dates or just to stop by and have a drink and watch the game. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Service was great! Beautiful venue, loved the garlic bread. Pizza has great cheese, tasty sauce, the crust is just a little hard for my taste, a softer crust could be a game changer

This place was just around the corner from our hotel connected to McCormick Place. The service was great! The pizza was served in a deep dish pan but I wouldn’t necessarily call it deep dish. Don’t get me wrong, regardless of its depth, the pizza was great! My only issue with the place was the music. It wasn’t late. They had a basketball game on all of the TV’s. The music was loud. It was like eating pizza in a club if the house lights were fully up and nobody was dancing. We had a group of 6 and it was difficult to have a conversation without yelling. They had a DJ. It just seemed out of place and like I said, way too loud. We will definitely be hitting it again when we are back next year.
