Yum! ???? I got one of each of the three breakfast tacos and an Americano coffee. She got an American burrito. All were tasty. Breakdown: The burrito was built well, no crazy pockets of only one item. The tacos were wonderful. While they were all great, my favorite two were the bacon and chicken. Street taco size, so you can order a couple to try.
Service was prompt and polite. Also patient (we had the little ones with us) and helpful. Will definitely come back in the future and try the dinner tacos!
A great place to visit with friends, to have a tasty food and a variety of drinks in neighboring bar. Great bartenders!

Stopped by on the way to dinner n thought we would try them for a quick snack. Was not impressed for the price but they do give you plenty of meat. Still a bit to pricey for the quality.

This place is a gem.
We showed up randomly on a Friday night at like 11pm since it was only one of a few restaurants open late. It wasn’t packed to the brim with people (it probably would’ve sucked if it felt like being in a can of sardines) but there was a decent amount of people… enough for the place to feel alive.
Ordering was a breeze on their little tablet thingies. It’s definitely giving millennial-owned and/or we-cater-to-millennials business vibes.
We ordered the Adobo BBQ Chicken Nachos and the Zombie Burrito.
The Adobo BBQ Chicken Nachos come with adobo-marinated bbq chicken, black beans, pico de gallo, green chile queso, fresno peppers, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. It’s not a revolutionary dish but it’s a great thing to order if you’re sharing with a significant other. If you eat inside, they serve it on a big ole metal tray, canteen-rustic style.
The Zombie Burrito was a thicc boi, action-packed with pork carnitas, adobo bbq chicken, pepper jack, charred corn, black beans, carrot slaw, and rice.
The burrito was better than the nachos. It’s a clean burrito.
You get a large portion of food and the prices (of the nachos and the burrito, specifically) are fair, combined with the cool experience of being able to chill in the Moxy lounge. The food’s decent and it’s honestly being carried by the fact that you get to enjoy the vibes of the Moxy lounge and bar. The food tastes like what you’d expect from USA-washed Mexican food.
After eating, we played foosball and mega Jenga. They had a shuffleboard, other table games, and doodads laying about that you and your friends can play with.
There’s a ton of Instagram photo op areas, especially in the hallway and stairs to the bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
They also had a DJ playing bops all night.
Would definitely come back to try other things on the menu and chill in the lounge.
TLDR: The food was alright. ZT is carried by being adjacent to Moxy and we stayed for the vibes. 10/10 would come back again to try other things on the menu, especially with friends.

Five stars for atmosphere and being open late! Decent tacos. Street corn was good. Very friendly chef! I had no idea this was attached to the Moxy bar and you are able to eat in the lounge- which is very fun. They have shuffleboard among other games and cool photo backdrops.

I had some street corn and a zombie burrito. They both were very good. It was also attached to a bar called moxy which had board games and things to do which is fun.

We got to our favorite late night eatery a tad too late, and they were closed. Zombie Taco to the rescue! We simply Googled what was open late near our hotel, and Zombie Taco popped up.
It is a simple taco counter that you can access inside the Moxie or via the window by the sidewalk. For two nights in a row, Zombie Taco was our go-to late night grub spot. The tacos are good. The burritos are big and tasty. It was soooooo good. Glad we found it!

We loved our experiences at Zombie Taco (we went 3 times). The tacos were amazing, especially the carnitas, and the coffee was really good too. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

The Unicorn Blend coffee (from Dark Matter Coffee) they serve makes the best oat milk iced lattes! The tacos are fantastic as well! I have to go here every time I visit Chicago.

A bold millenial move is the Moxy. It clearly has the right vibe with liquor, comfortable group seating enough board games and a fast food taco place. I'm not a millennial, but I have one and he would love it
