Food was good we was a party of like 20 split between 3 tables that seated 8 at each area
But the staff could not remember who ordered what so there was a big pass around on plates till they got to the person who ordered them all in all was good

Visiting from out of state and am a Mexican food connoisseur. This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in small town Independence, KS. However, you must like flavor and cheese. ???? Also, my Top 5 of all-time if you like Poblano Relleno (and cheese)

The food is amazing. I loved the food. The server is amazing she is nice and checks in us all the time. The chips are great and salsa and cheese. The drinks they refill them all the time when they are halfway.

My friend and mother-in-law stopped in here for lunch today while visiting some family. We all had a good experience. The restaurant appeared to be clean, the food was tasty and came out quickly and hot, and the service was good. The chips, salsa, and guacamole tasted really good. My carnitas quesadilla was really good also- i would definitely order it again and I like the rice too. I would definitely go back.
