horrible costumer service , phone lady’s are always giving attitude when you call for an order they will give you the dirtiest attitude . I called for delivery , they told me a whole different address I told them the right one and she kept giving me attitude because she didn’t feel like changing it. saying omg omg with the dirtiest attitude . Then she proceeds to ask with an attitude what I wanted and as soon as I was about to reply , she yelled through the phone saying “ lady” I hung up and won’t be ordering from this place again
3 stars cause the food is great but they are very slow

the fire alarm kept ringing and they didnt do anything about except for opening the door.. And they take way too long for the food to arrive…????????♂️

The lady’s on the phone only speak Spanish and refused to make an effort to take an order. Apparently no one speaks English there. Food was not good earlier. Never ordering again.

I stopped by for lunch, had to show proof of vaccine shot. A picture of my vaccination card was sufficient.
Was sat at a table next to window and given a menu.
Chips with salsa were served...both were fresh and tasty (and compliments of the house.)
I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas (served with a plate of rice and refried beans.)
Served within about 15 minutes.
The enchiladas were stuffed more than adequately with shredded breasts of chicken.
The entrée was tasty given that the mole sauce was a bit spicier than sweet, which I fortunately prefer.
Service was attentive and friendly.
$17 bill included the entrée and soft drink.
All in all, a good experience.

We try our best to give this place a chance after constant bad service. It's close to our house, but honestly I will never support this restaurant again. I just called to place an order for delivery, 2 tortas and 2 drinks, then the woman tells me that we are blocked from getting food delivered. And I'm so confused and ask her why? She proceeds to tell me there's a note that states we made a big order and "dejan la comida". As in we didn't collect our food/left it behind. I asked her when did this happen since we ordered last week the same thing and we got our food. She couldn't tell me when or any further explanation. I'm seriously so tired of their attitude, we have never ordered more than 2 things and we pick up our food most of the time, and almost every single time these women working there have such a stank attitude. Most of the time it's the night shift women we have issues with. The only time we ever "canceled" an order was almost 2 years ago.. we were coming back from from trip and ordered a bunch of tacos and drinks, I asked the woman how long it would take, she told me 30 mins. We got home and an hour passed by and we didn't get our food. We live 5mins away so I called and asked why it was taking so long and we can just pick it up if the delivery guy was busy. This was in the evening and the woman got annoyed and yelled at me saying they were super busy and it was going to take a while. It was about 1hr and and half since we had called in the order.. we didn't get more than 10 tacos. She proceeded to hang up the phone. I called back and told her we didn't want it any more. 10mins later the delivery guy came and I apologized to him and told him he needs to tell the woman that sent him why she sent him because I had told her we canceled our order. BUT the weird thing is, we have ordered from them a few times after that, even though we try to avoid them.. Trying to support local businesses here but what can you do when the workers are giving such horrible customer service. Good luck ????

I won't lie, the food is delicious but the customer service is horrible!
My family and I have always ordered from here and not just 2 item orders but $50+ orders. There is a lady that works the night shift and has the worst attitude. This one time we ordered a big order and then called 5 min later to order more (mind you the food was still being made and had not been delivered yet) and the lady from the night shift simply denied us and said we could not do that. What? We can't request more food? Hello, the restaurant is earning more money! She simply denied us and hung up the phone. We called again and they would not answer. We called AGAIN and asked to cancel the order because we will not stand for this attitude towards us. The delivery guy came and we explained the situation, and mind you we still tipped him money (more than $8) for his trouble of coming here. Now since then, when we call they have us on the "black list" simply because we canceled and returned back an order, ONCE. And because of that they won't take any of our orders or make a delivery to us. And this incident isn't the first time. There have been many other incidents like this one. They have my number, my dads, my moms and our family friends number registered and won't take our calls. And it's only the women on the night shift with the nasty attitude. That last incident, was the last strike. We won't take this attitude. Either she gets her attitude straight or leaves. We will file a complaint because this isn't right. And as I see the other reviews left here, my family and I are not the first ones to have a nasty encounter with the women who works the night shift.
Our house is a 10-12 min WALK, and a 7 min drive on an electric motor (which is what the delivery guy uses) and other times they have denied our order because "it's too far" when other times before that they have delivered food to us (same adress) !!
Also, whenever we ask to speak with the owner they straight up deny us or always say that the owner isn't there.

No idea why they have some negative reviews but my experience was fantastic. Its a little place but the food was so delicious. The service was great and we were in and out in a decent amount of time. I would definitely come back in the future if I'm in this area of Queens again.

I would give this place a 5 stars during the day time only. This is the third occasion that I come to get food in the evening & the waitresses are super rude. As a customer I was very nice when placing my order in person and for the same price I wanted to change the type of meat I was getting. The waitress first rolls her eyes, then has the audacity to complain that now she has to change it. So what happens to the customer gets what she orders even if she changed her mind in a split second. The lady clearly looks like she has no desire to work here.

Visited New York from Toronto. I absolutely love Mexican food and was taken to Tacos by some family. The quality of the food is fantastic. The nachos were prepared in a way I had never seen. I expect a pile of chips topped with meat, cheese, etc. Here you get chips individually topped with whatever you order them with, they were amazing. Carne tacos were also really good. The horchata is decent but I've had better. Service is very minimal, they take your order and bring it to you. Nothing more, nothing less. You aren't here for service, you're here for delicious authentic Mexican food.
