Pasteles were amazing. The masa was perfect and the beef extremely tasty.. They actually taste home made, and they are! Not a store front, or restaurant so don’t get taken aback. The gentleman will meet you outside. I will be ordering more and when you order yours, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do ????
The Yucca the best. The platano not so good price up high .Some one gave me for xmas a dozen platano and yucca free. Maybe Christina will sell me some culeo next time.i really like her alot.

We ordered 5 dozen for thanksgiving dinner and they were a hit with everyone at the party! Will definitely order more for Christmas. After the holidays we are looking forward to order custom ones like the shrimp and the crab. Thank you so much for these delicious pasteles.

I'm really sorry, these pasteles lack character. They taste like they used only pmantains and the meat tasted like it was simply stewed with no sofrito. No peppers or olives in the meat and no pigeon peas.
I really wanted to like them, but no Puertor Rican native would say these are any good. There is more to making pasteles then simply grating some plantains and stuffing them with some poorly seasoned meat.

Ordered a bunch today and I have to say I’ve ate a lot of pastels and these were pretty dam good. The only complaint I have is consistency, some were loaded with meat while others lacked. Also typical pastels have red peppers and olives and I really missed that factor with this. If you could be more consistent with the meat and add some red peppers and olives these would be the best! Definitely check them out as they are the best I’ve ever had in Queens, I’ll be back for more ????????????????????????

After heating The (Frozen) pasteles I took home from here they actually looked, and smelled authentic. Upon closer inspection though. they appeared to be a little tough (rubbery). We're talking not very fresh!
I tried 3 different flavors. The beef was by far the best. The pork, and chicken tasted somewhat similar. I did not finish them.
Lastly.. They clearly had a price of $2 each on their menu for the 3 flavors i purchased. But they charged $2.50. When i called later to complain. All they offered was a "Sorry"!

So happy we gave this place a try! I picked up two dozen (chicken/pork) for the holidays, but I just had to try one before then. It was delicious! I will definitely be back before christmas.
