Super chic place for hookah, very nice vibe and food was good to. Best service, walked in without a reservation and they were very accommodating and prompt in service throughout.
Must try - red chili hummus
May be try - Lemon Garlic fries
Main topic - Hookah - we tried pina colada - felt like smoking the drink exactly. TBH, don’t bother paying for the premium one, it’s nice but not worth extra 10 bucks. Regular hookah will hit as well. Hookah was well made, lasted 1.25 hours after being smoked constantly by two. They charge 5 bucks extra for the plastic hose, it’s compulsory so that will add to hookah cost.
Fun discovery - they only have “bottled water” so be ready to see that charge too
The music and noise is quite loud in thick of the evenings. But before the rush hour it was pleasant in vibe to enjoy music. Heels or fancy footwear are mandatory after 9 pm for women.
Also paired a glass of wine with it, Apps and Hookah.
Might go back again! To try other hookah flavors, but with my own ‘water bottle’ though this time. Haha!
What can i say, a gem of a place in new york, from service to food, to ambiance to music and hookah (or sheesha as we say in Middle East) We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with hookah. The place is hip. Highly recommended. Read some negative reviews on management but didn’t faced any. Would i come again, yes

Got Mezze meatballs and hummus w/ pita which were decent, fries were seasoned well. Overall good food and good vibes, but nothing spectacular.
Note: they have a 2 drink minimum per person which they told us about after we had already ordered.

Vibe : My favorite hookah and happy hour place in the city. It’s always so much fun when we go here! Music is always on beat and the people are friendly. I always make new friends when I go here.
Food : Get the lamb burger and thank me later. This is literally the best burger I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot). Is so juicy and packed with flavor. We also enjoyed the hummus with meat and pita. Again, packed with flavor. Get those two dishes.

Food, drinks, and hookah were AMAZING! Ms. Moe Money & I had the privilege of sitting at Greg Scott’s table and it made our night! The lamb sliders were “melt in your mouth”. I will be here often!

Pergola is probably my favorite hookah spot in the city. I enjoyed the ambiance and the setting. The music was also good. The hookah and the food were also really good. Our hookah was constantly refilled and we only needed one throughout. The grilled lamb chops and the grilled salmon were my favorites on their menu. The service was good, but a little slow. Only thing to keep in mind is that it can get really busy. If you prefer quiet, then upstairs is probably best, but if you like a good vibe and maybe dancing, ask for a table downstairs. I definitely recommend this place.

I honestly don't know what star rating to give this place. The food was tasty, as it was a nice portion considering also having more than one drink and remembering to respect the stomach, so you won't be so full. The music was great, the waitress Cameron was wonderful, the table seating was spacious and the table setting looked very nice. My issue was being confused by the pricing per person when you make a reservation and not everyone shows up; at this point the pricing is expensive and honestly ridiculous. We paid 185 bucks per person for a small plate of food and I had 2 virgin drinks because I had to drive and I also had a hookah. Due to this order of mine. the pricing is not reasonable at all and I can't get with that. I've dined at many places and in different countries and the price that I paid here was the most overpriced that I've ever dealt with in my life. I will not be returning here again because of this. I was left very unsettled and not satisfied. But I don't want to deter anyone else, I'm just giving my honest opinion. Even using the restroom where I had to possibly touch a door handle that others who have not had the chance to wash their hands before opening the bathroom door as the sink was outside of the water closet. I can even accept this because I always use tissue or napkins to touch anything that someone else touches. I think this place should reconsider how they have people pay price per person on a reservation, especially since the menu was a fixed menu and if I wanted to order something different it was an additional charge.

Came here not knowing it’s a hookah bar. My friends love it here but this place is not for me coz I don’t smoke. Although the food here is amazing, but you gotta ask 3-4times to follow up with your order.
If you’re into hookah this might be the place for you.

Amazing food. Even better service. Bring your checkbook because it ain't cheap. Wouldn't go back.. not my cup of tea. The staff looks down on you if you don't look "up to par/fashionable" which is understandable in that place..... but just not for me.. and as far as price to taste ratio... I can find way better quality food.. for half the price.

As a hookah place it’s s one the best spot i have ever visited in the city. They really have good vibes and nice music as well.
I rated them with 3 stars as they really have a big problem in service. First of all, we had the reservation but we were waiting outside like 50 minutes to get the table and after we got it we were asked to leave it very soon, as they already had a new reservation ahead. But, I noticed that some people who were sitting by the time we arrived they were not asked to leave.
Hope, they will find out that they have problems in managing and in that case I’d be more than glad to change my review
