Amazing food and drinks! I ate every bit and drank every sip. I have no long drawn out review for this place. All I can say is go and you won't be disappointed! The way they blend flavors here is next level. Anejo will definitely see me again.
Went to Añejo Philly at the tail end of happy hour on a Friday and had a great time. The margaritas are well made. We got the pork carnitas taco and crispy fish taco along with a bunch of empanadas which tasted incredible. One thing to note is only your first taco is at the discounted rate - this is clearly written on the menu. If you get James as your bartender, ask him to play his game.

I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this gem, literally around the corner, for so long. The ambiance was welcoming, the food was amazing (I had the Spanish Rock Octopus - ON POINT). Best of all was our waitress, Sierra. I had no clue what to order with so many terrific-sounding options. She guided me in the right direction. Terrific experience overall.

Everything here was absolutely fantastic!! Guacamole was super fresh, salsas were all different and bright tasting, lamb chops were INCREDIBLE, and cheesecake with sweet potato and pepitas?! Unreal! Charissa was an amazing server who made us feel welcome & took great care of us!! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Philly!

The 1st time we’ve been to Añejo was in NYC. We loved it. Had an amazing time, the food was also great. We noticed there was one in Philly, and we wanted to go since the food in the one in NYC was so good. We ordered the same dish, the chicken chilaquiles, and we were disappointed to say the least. Our server Christian was amazing & so nice. But the quality of the food,
For sure wasn’t the same. Both were a weekend brunch. The 1st pic was the food in Philly, and the second photo, the more appealing photo, was the one in NYC. Overall it’s a cool bottomless brunch, i guess that’s their main focus.

Went during happy hour for a friend’s birthday and our server was too notch! She kept checking in on us, made sure our table was cleared of things we were done with, and even put a sparkler candle along with the other candles on the cake and brought it out for us to sing happy birthday to our friend. Afterwards she cut us each a slice and brought it to us on a plate. The happy hour prices were ok the tacos were a little small for $5 each but they were good, my favorites were the cauliflower and chicken Al pastor. For the pitchers of drinks we tried passion fruit and hibiscus which were both good but the passion fruit was stronger.

Went for lunch and it wasn’t crowded. Bummer they don’t have bourbon. I had a guava lemonade that needed “something” and I don’t drink tequila. But on to the food. The lunch special is two or three tacos and I had the barilla for the first time. It was so flavorful and cheesy. Definitely recommend it. The chips were freshly made and warm and good. I didn’t care for the salsa but my sister enjoyed it. I really liked the pico. It was pickled flavored which I thoroughly enjoyed. Service was nice as well.

Dinner reservation for my birthday on a Tuesday.
The food and drinks were great. But the service wasn’t. May be the kitchen was overwhelmed by Bottomless Tacos Tuesdays??
It took nearly 30-40 mins for the food to arrive and then of the order of tacos wasn’t cooked either.
The desert order was taken, for the server only to return after 20 mins to convey there our out of it.

I want to come here everyday. Their brunch may be the best brunch Philly has ever seen. Delicious food, great service, vibrant ambiance, and such a great value! Their brunch is only $47 and comes with unlimited French toast and chip with guac and salsa, plus an entree, plus unlimited drinks. I'll definitely be going back many times.
