Great breakfast with excellent service. They open at 7am everyday and the food is fantastic. Staff is wonderful. We stayed at the Kimpton across the street. Their restaurant doesn't open until 9am
They prioritize guests staying at the Sofitel, but you can walk in as well. Great spot for breakfast! Our waiter Cameron was great, and really good with our kid. Whole staff was really sweet. Amazing food!

Chez Colette was a great venue to host a large party of 13 out-of-town guests at the Sofitel Hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffett ($22/person) that had an assortment of savory and sweet options. There is hot food of bacon, sausage, eggs, and potatoes and a cold selection of cheeses, antipasta, smoked salmon, and fruits. A whole table is dedicated to breads and pastries. The wait staff is very friendly and prompt and they were very attentive.

Very clean and accessible place. They serve generous meals and for fair prices. We liked the menu very much and the staff members were very affable and informative. Highly recommended.

Somewhat of an upscale vibe while still being down to earth. Brunch was delicious, our waiter was very polite and professional. Excellent service and a wonderful experience

Basically a nice in-house hotel restaurant. Not as fancy as I was led to believe. I attended a New Year's Day brunch there. The food and the service were very good.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, but a bit expensive for what you get. French toast was particularly outstanding and all the pastries were delicious. Bacon and sausage was good, eggs were average. Coffee tasted a bit burned to me at first, but I drank plenty of it anyway.
Service was great, I was checked on about 5 times by 3 different servers in the 45 minutes I was there - not bad considering I just got the buffet. Everyone was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable.

Saw a $75 deal for a tea party for 4 on Travel Zoo so I grabbed my girls and we went....
Well , I was really hoping that I had came across Philly’s new spot for Afternoon tea with the girls.
Menu:
You def get a decent amount of food for 4 people and you get a glass of your fave champagne beverage- I got a Bellini and it was great.
Their peanut butter and Jelly with goat cheese sandwich was Horrible. Please consider taking it off the menu.
Lox sandwich and the egg salad topped it off! Very good!
I’d give the desserts 4 stars Macarons were yummy!
The tea selection was pretty good also!
Ambiance:
Too “modern” and not in a good way. We got diner vibes. We were hoping for that old-timey, Victorian style tea party. We didn’t get that. They were missing the “cute” element of a tea party. Now I have pretty high expectations of a afternoon tea spots since I’ve been to a few amazing locations in NYC and in Europe.
Overall, it was a decent experience for what we paid.

We went with my wife and 2 kids for Easter brunch. Fantastic experience with a great buffet including a raw bar and a prime rib carving station. Very nice atmosphere and overall excellent service attentive, friendly and caring for my 2 boys. Will definitely go back

I went there with my family for breakfast and was somewhat disappointed. While my husband enjoyed his meal, mine was overly salty so I couldn't taste anything else. Our server checked on us once and couldn't be found once we were ready to leave. The rest of the staff was friendly and took better care of us that our own server. Overall, we do not plan on going back.
