Authentic and absolutely delicious food. Great family friendly atmosphere. One of the best taco places Philly has to offer.
Maybe the food good sometimes, but definitely not a clean place and very rude and arrogant people who work there especially the waitresses. I know Mexican people are the nicest I ever met in my life but definitely not those who work or own the place. I lost my ID at the restaurant and when I asked them if they found, they were very rude with the way they replied to me. I don't recommend it at all especially lately after they kept their high price and reduced the bortion of the food.

El Jarocho is our absolute favorite Mexican take-out in the area. The burritos, the tacos, the full dinners are all truly authentic and wonderful. So thrilled they’ve survived/thrived the last few years, as it’s become a staple in our house.
Giving 4 stars only because the one woman who works there is incredibly rude, and cold every time she’s there. But still worth going

Was excited to try this place after hearing good things, but very disappointed. I ordered the Supreme Enchiladas with steak and when I got home to eat them noticed they had given me chicken. I called to inform them of their mistake, but no one picked up. When I returned 10 minutes later they had already closed 45 minutes early. I tried to eat the chicken, but it was extremely dry and bland.

The food was good and the customer service was great. My family ordered burritos and tacos though I do believe my burrito could have had more meat

Very nice and clean place, ordered tacos with carnitas they were very good not too seasoned but that was ok, salsa was very tasty not too spicy easy to enjoy the flavor. Yes I will go again

I work around their location and always wanted to try. Me and a few coworkers got some Delicious Burritos from them and really enjoyed so we decided to go to them for lunch again. We order the second time before break to have time to eat and once we got the food my order of tacos I had a very long piece of hair in my food. Before I noticed this I posted my food on ig because it looked so good. After realizing the hair I lost my appetite and went back to the place for a full refund. My coworkers after that did not want their food either because of cleanliness and condition our food was in. The owner told me they did not do refunds and I would have to wait another 10 mins for my food. Because my break was only 30mins I asked for the full refund and they refused. I payed with my debit card but the owner gave me ripped money as a refund and told me to never come back again. I already was Never coming back after they way I was treated. Hopefully they put “No Refunds” on their receipts next time to not have this problem.

Best Mexican food spot in Philly, hands down. I moved to Philly after 5 years in Mexico City and have been on the prowl for an authentic place. Their flautas are amazing. Their cafe de olla is amazing. I would imagine anything you pick on their menu will be similarly delicious. I’ve been here probably 10 times already and will continue to eat here for many years to come. It’s very cozy. Highly recommend!!

Good service. Tacos were amazing, chorizo and al pastor soooo yummy. Good thing you can order one of each for just a little extra $!! This is the only place that I know you can do this!

A very nice taqueria. Very yummy foods. Never had a bad order and have ordered here at least a dozen times. Favorite go to are their chicken tacos. And the staff is always very friendly. 4 Stars.
