Felly is wonderful. All through the pandemic we’ve been ordering from it and it was the first place we came to when it was possible to eat “in.”
The food is delicious, Kelly’s deserts are first rate and the people couldn’t be nicer. You can eat plain or fancy but go! You won’t be disappointed.

There’s not enough starts for this place. We’ve been coming here since it opened and still so happy with the quality of the food, how creative it is, and the friendly service. It’s our family favorite!

special night tonight. we have visited 40 countries and lived in 4. my five star review is based on this: Filipe and Kelly (Felly..) make GREAT FOOD! we are picky so when i say that the firsts (chilled beet Gazpacho; watermelon and beat salad) and seconds (mushroom risotto and grilled chicken and whipped potatoes) were 11/10 i mean that. and then comes the coconut flan made by Kelly. perfect taste and texture. world class restaurant with great ambience in a lovely neighborhood. Go and go often!!

Their desserts are so good. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. The prices are fair and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice. There is lots of options on the menu. I give this place a 10/10. The drinks are super good too.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end! We were greeted and served by Chas who couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. We started with the fall salad (refreshing and delicious) and the Spanish octopus salad (grilled to perfection) before moving on to the NY Strip (delectable) and Brick Chicken (perfectly seasoned and astonishingly juicy). We tried both desserts. One was as delicious as the other (creme brûlée and flourless chocolate cake). Felly Bistro is an absolute hidden gem in South Philly! Will definitely be back on our next visit!!

Great neighborhood find! Our waiter was so nice and attentive. For apps we ordered the octopus salad, vegetable ceviche, and French onion soup. All were impeccable. The entrees were great too.

Best food, best service! Loved everything I ate. Kelly's desserts are to die for! We drove from NJ and will do it again, worth every minute. If you haven't been yet, you don't know what you are missing!

I just had the best thing I ever ate. I had stuffed zucchini and the flavors danced in your mouth.
My new favorite restaurant is heaven on earth. It's ran by a husband and wife team, who are also the chefs. Chef Kelly made the best pastry and went around greeting everyone
Service was outstanding. If you have a chance to go please go.
