Great street experience.
Very delicious burger! The only thing is that it's a bit too salty, and you might have to drink a lot more water.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and occasionally will eat in the restaurant on the 10th floor. I’ve never had a bad experience with staff or the food. It’s always consistent with all the other Hilton Garden Inns restaurants. Wings are really good. The salmon is good. Steaks are delicious. If you ask for something to be prepared a certain way they will oblige and the chef always comes out to make sure I’m satisfied. For example I don’t like the sauce they put on the grilled salmon and I like their mixed seasonal vegetables steamed not sautéed. They will steam them for you and eliminate the sauce on salmon if you ask!! I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews, I’ve always been served well by all the wait staff, quickly and the food is pretty good for an in a hotel restaurant. It’s been the same staff working there for the past few years. With exception of my favorite waiter that switched to mornings. They’re all great in my opinion. Sometimes we have to check ourselves and make sure it’s not us that’s being difficult and/or rude. I waitressed and I know it’s not an easy job. I had customers treat me badly and I had done nothing to deserve it

The female bartender here leaves much to be desired. I came back for a 2nd visit because the staff was so nice the last time and the wings were good. And the guests are too. I don't know if it's worth it again.

Worst experience ever. When we first walked into the restaurant, there was no host or hostess to greet us. For this reason, my group of five traveled to the back of the restaurant only to be taken back to the entrance by a waitress named Deborah. When we asked her if our group could sit wherever, she sourly responded and informed us that we had to be seated by a host. Deborah then took five menus and led us to our table. As not to bore you, I will skip explaining other sour events that happened. When Deborah came to take our order, she turned towards one of the members in our group while taking out her notepad, implying that he was to go first. As my grandfather started to explain what he wanted to eat, she abruptly inturrupted him and turned towards a different person sitting at the table. “I’m going to start with him.” Deborah explained in a rude manner.
When the food came out, I realized that the table next to us had recieced bread, but when I asked Deborah if we were to get any, she said they did not have bread that day. Let me ask you, what is the ending of the word ‘pita-bread’?
Exactly. BREAD. Although I have most likely made my point, I’ll say one more time:
Going to this restaurant was officially this the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you have the chance, I reccomend traveling into the city for dinner. I don’t normally give reviews for restaurants, but I was just so underwhelmed with the Garden Bar and Grill, and the service that came with it.

While on a work trip a group of colleagues and I went to the Garden Grill and Bar. We expected a hotel bar and got just that. The service was very spotty and inconsistent. We put our drink orders in within the first 5 minutes but didn't see the wait staff for about 20 minutes. The food came out fairly quick; it was extremely bland, boring and seemed to be microwave prepared. While it was a good menu the look and taste of the food was underwhelming. Our group was very disappointed with the service, but it seemed like they were working on a new system of management. It was overall a disheartening and uncomfortable experience.
