Gryphon Cafe makes delicious drinks and sandwiches! The baristas are always extremely friendly and cool. There is both indoor and outdoor seating in a beautiful building with large windows and a courtyard, and free WiFi if you need to get any work done. I believe they have a printing station as well. You can also grab things to go.

Absolutely love it here at Gryphon. I'm so happy that I took a chance and got a cortado on my way to work. The staff was so friendly and even said, "We hope that your first visit isn't your last visit."
The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. I could see myself here on a Tuesday afternoon, writing short stories or just grabbing a drink on my way to the EL.

Cute and not too far away from Frankford ave. There’s plenty of parking and always somewhere to sit. Good is great and the specialty coffee is worth it.

Great music, food and drinks. Love the vibe. It’s in a beautiful old building with huge windows and high ceilings. Great place to grab a coffee and bite to eat and work remote.

Always a great time coming here. The staff is friendly and the cafe is clean. Food is great and they have a mini shop where you can grab a few odds and ends like coffe creamer.

This barista has no idea how much he just made my day!!! I've been searching for a lavender latte in the city for the last month and a half ever since I had the most amazing one in Kauai. I've finally found my match! And not only that but he did it with a smile on his face and totally mirrored my excitement. Thank you for a great experience!!

Ok i really like their lattes but they are expensive.
The other day i decided to be cheap (so i thought) and do an iced coffee instead and it came out to $6 for a medium. Plus $1 tip which came out to $7 for an iced coffee. I was unaware it was pretty much the same price as a latte. Apparently its cold brew but still, imo its less work than a latte & should be cheaper.
Can only justify going here when im feeing bougie.

Wow. I wish I had known about this gem before. Very comfortable and open atmosphere! Neutral, enjoyable music playing in the background and local art all around. Courtyard is beautiful as well. Last but not least, the coffee and food was fresh and delicious! Will be coming here often

I ordered a capuccino with oatmilk and a bagel with tofutti. I was satisfied with their vegan options. I went there to read and to work on some writing on a Saturday morning. Most other guests were doing the same.
