Food was terrible, OVER AND HR AND A HALF WAIT, they sent a big hunk of plain bread when there meals supposed to come with garlic bread, soda was flat an old, and they over charged me. $46 for 1 plate of fettuccine Alfredo with broc. 2 cannoli and a 2 liter. Never recommend to ANYONE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Some of the best overall Italian food in the city and definitely some of the best pizza anywhere.

I got Alla Penne Ala Vodka, Magherita Pizza, Alla Bianca Pizza.
The pasta was good, I love it. The pizza is big, the "personal size" is enough for 3 of us.

This place is exactly how it was 25-30 years ago. Whether that's a plus or minus is up to you.
Sat outside on a warm summer night when every restaurant on Passyunk was crowded with folks spilling on to the street. Most of Marra's business was pickup, and I understand why.
From the first impression (Zagats ratings in the window from a decade ago - does anyone even use Zagats anymore?), to the EXTENSIVE menu that doesn't seem to have any fresh, new ideas on it, to the bathrooms that haven't been repainted in 20 years, everything about the place says "dated".
This is a real shame, since, other than the too much dressing on my salad, everything was delicious. Most of the folks doing pick up seemed to be over 60, and I only saw 2 door dashers.
With a fresh menu and vibe, this place could be great - especially with it's absolutely amazing location.
If it stays the way it is, I expect it will close in the next 5-10 years and Philly will miss out on REALLY good pizza.

8/3/22..picked up two personal pizzas, a margarita and a white pizza with sausage.
Delicious!
5/11/22 Marra's has one of the best antipastos around. My tortellini was very good and Jose, our server, very nice.
We just ordered pizza and antipasto and it was really good. The order taker was nice over the phone and our food was delivered quickly and it was hot and very good.
Marra's has been on the avenue for a very long time. The servers are friendly. The food, pizza, antipasto, pasta and fish dishes all are consistently good. My new favorite item from Marra's...their personal size pizza is perfect!

Cozy little restaurant with good food at very reasonable prices. I would choose going here over any bougie spot closer to center city any day, period. Seriously recommend this joint.

Omg I just tried some of their meatballs provided with a pasta dish. They were the best I ever had. Besides their pizza I would love to order a tray of just meatballs for a holiday.
Thanks Marras for the quality you put into your foods.

It took a minute before I was served. Once I was served, it was an all about you experience. I came there alone. It was an intimate ambiance with high dividers, and low light settings. I asked for an additional side as I was willing to pay for, with my entree but still did not get it, but I wasn't charged. That was the only two things wrong. I would definitely come again, I usually eat with myself.

Ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Shrimp Scampi, and garlic bread. The alfredo was pretty good, but the scampi and garlic bread.. horrible.
The scampi had no flavor and the “garlic bread” was literally a hoagie roll with who knows what in the middle of it. Prices are too high for the quality. Someone recommended Marra’s to me and let’s just say, I will not be going back.

Classic red sauce Italian. Their pizza is outstanding, as was the chicken parm. If you want old school Italian, this place has it in spades.
