Absolutely loved the guacamole and the corn stuff(which they said it was rosted but it was canned for sure). My tacos and the chicken enchiladas was not that good, the chicken was dry and the whole dish was a little cold and the tacos was soooo spicy that even the pineapple was burning my mouth(I love spicy food but I want taste the food and not just lose my taste while I’m eating).
Food was basic at best. Not much flavor.. Overall not impressed with the food. However, the food came out quickly. The staff was kind and helpful and the atmosphere is inviting.

I really wanted to go with 5 stars, but could not. The food is not 'fresh'.
The corn eloté (off the cob) was straight from a can and bottled spicy mayo added. It was not fresh and somewhat bland flavor.
The tacos was the same thing. It wasn't bad, but it wasnt great. Maybe it was just average.
I had a few margaritas, which were weak. Overall the service was great and the food was ok. Would go again, but was not blown away.

Had the esquites, chicken flautas, nachos and plantains. Everything was spot on, top notch. The margarita was great as well

I'm usually skeptical about places like Rosy's. They either have good drinks, good food, or good guac, but not all three. That said, they surprisingly delivered on all 3.
We tried a variety of menu items when we stopped by, including margaritas, al pastor tacos, street corn, guac, sweet plantains, shrimp and Chorizo tacos. Everyone of them was done perfectly.
The al pastor was flavorful, the street corn paired well with the homemade chips and the sweet plantains made a perfect treat.
I know some reviews on here complained about value.. 3 slightly smaller then normal Al Pastor tacos were $10, which I think is a fair price if you consider quality over quantity.
Absolutely check out Rosy's for a perfect Mexican lunch, fun, exciting drinks in a interesting and great atmosphere.

Pros: The decor & ambiance are lovely, the service was friendly, and there is a neat hot sauce bar with a great selection of sauces I've never seen.
Cons: The "roast corn" dish is unappetizingly soupy and the "roast" corn is clearly out of a can. The enchiladas are tiny and uninspiring. The chicken sandwich was conceptually good and had some nice flavors, but the chicken itself was very tough.
Takeaway: The food is edible, but neither the quantity nor quality justify what they're charging. Wouldn't be the worst place to have a drink or two at happy hour, if it wasn't out of your way, but I wouldn't consider this a dining destination.

Fantastic taco bar, lots of seating, wide variety of mix-and-match meals, tapas, etc., environment is fun but loud. Food was very tasty, lots of beer and wine choices, classic margaritas as well. Prices are reasonable. All in all, highly recommended ????

We were excited to order from Rosy’s Taco for the first time. Unfortunately, one of my biggest pet peeves are when restaurants steal the value away from customer s. I ordered quesadillas and added chicken which cost a total of $14. Whoever made my meal did not fulfill the the correct amount of chicken. I paid extra and did not get what I paid for.
Stay away from this place. They should be accountable for stealing from customers.
Go to Loco Pez instead if you’re looking for a better experience for hard earned money.
