The pizza was cold. The cold hoagie was in the same styrofoam container as hot curly fries, so neither was the correct temp when we got home. The app offers around 10 different soda options; but they actually have 3 or 4, so we had to pick something else.. The food took over 45 minutes, but the online estimate was 15-20.
We were hungry, so we still ate it. The food was edible/acceptable. Not the worst I ever had, but I won’t go back.

Sat on the phone for over 20 minutes. Lady had no idea the street names I was telling her. Put me on hold 3 times told me they don’t have any coupons while I was staring at the coupon. Then said they would speak to a manager and left me on hold another 12 minutes before I hung up. Never tried the pizza and now never will

The food here is very good but my kids prefer the slices of pizza they are huge only $2.50 a slice.. they don't sell a whole slice pie because it's a 20-in pizza and they don't have a box big enough.. they do serve extra large pizza I believe it's a 18-in pie..

Every time I order from this place they do not offer the free 2 l Coke advertised to come with a combo. They have cheated me this way several times and I will never order from them again!

Worst place anywhere to order from. Several times I ordered it’s always the same thing. You call back after an hour because your food hasn’t arrived. The rude girl who answers the phone and never pays attention always gives you the same response……”your order just left.” Only to have you call back again and be told the same thing. They forget your order, then try to slap it together all the while lying to you two hours later that your food is coming. Worst customer service ever. I’ll never order here again. Word to the wise…..order somewhere else if you plan on getting your order in under two hours. There are plenty of pizza and steak joints in south Philly…….

This was a standard pizza shop cheesesteak. The extras didn’t add much. It needed more cheese and to be mixed with the meat better. They seemed to sell a good amount of pizzas while I was there.

Good food and large portions at a reasonable price
I recently moved into the local neighborhood as part of an internship. Decided to go order in-person. Food was cooked fresh and pretty fast within ~10-20 min. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, french fries, and a vanilla milkshake. Tasty spaghetti and meat balls with hints of garlic in the sauce. French fries were crispy and generously seasoned. Milkshake also was very delicious. The spaghetti portion size was really large and a good value for the price. Would recommend. I'll definitely need to try more items!

There are a lot of pizza places in philly and they all have their own special qualities that make them special. This is one of the most charming spots in south philly that really shows what the neighborhood is all about. Their pizza is also legit, really good crust which is one of the most important parts! One last thing is that They know how to properly put 2 slices in a to go box, using the plates as a little barrier to protect the pizza, genius!
