We loved everything at Bill's. The welcome, the speedy service with a smile and of course, the food! We had bagels, pancakes, cinnamon rolls and French toast and everything was delicious. Also great to see how many regular guests they have. It is no surprise everyone will come back to this place. Thank you for a great experience!
What a great gem in the city, quick and very friendly service. Can't beat the price! The breakfast was amazing.

Easily the best place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch downtown. Hoagies, cheesesteaks, egg sandwiches, no matter what you get here, it will be outstanding. Large and varied menu with lots of options, all at excellent prices, not to mention the nicest staff in the world. Leave a good tip!

The food is the reason for the rating. Very reasonable prices. My 10yr old is a critic of pancakes but he loved them at this place. Ordering is self service, no waiter service but they have tables. I had eggs over easy, which was more over medium but I understand. Food cooked in front of the house and this place at least appears clean, much cleaner than some of the places around here. We also loved the music selection:).

I liked that this place is located next to work when I have to come into downtown Philadelphia. The price was very good for the portion size. I paid less than $10 for the breakfast platter and hot green tea.
There is a small seating area inside of you want to dine in or you can take your food to go. They provide you with salt and pepper packets as well as ketchup packets. They even have fresh sliced lemons for your tea.

A perfect example of a neighborhood diner. Nothing fancy about the food here, just delicious diner chow. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and a large cup of coffee. The staff was fun, and the place had the neighborhood vibe going strong. I definitely will make a point to stop by here next time I am in Philly. Support your local restaurants!!!!!!

Very nice early morning cheesesteak. $7.50. I was able to park on Samson and keep an eye out for parking authority. The meat was very flavorful. Solid traditional roll. Nice big chunks of onions and mushrooms. They did spend some time on the grill together. I think they would have benefited from being on there a little bit longer and spending more time with a meat. Three slices of cheese, which seems to be the standard. Very good Cheesesteak experience.
