Food was actually good and at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and attentive. You have to show proof of Covid vaccination to get in.

Everywhere we are on and there is a hard rock cafe, let's go out to eat there and of course buy a T-shirt ???????? Today we were in Philadelphia. The location is nice and we were lucky that there was still live music. Our waiter was the best we've had so far. Thank you Wesley, you were very attentive and accommodating.

We just dropped in for a quick drink and honestly a little air conditioning and a clean restroom stop while on the hop on hop off tour (it was 102°). The bartender was very nice and patient with us being tourists. Or she was really good at faking it. I was kind of surprised to see some white collar patrons that were obviously regulars. That always say a lot about a restaurant to me, when you can tell there are a lot of regulars. The gift shop is small compared to some other Hard Rocks but there was a decent selection.

I love stopping here to eat when I'm downtown with my boys. It wasn't crowded at all Dwayne our server was friendly and quick. Food is always delicious. Was greeted upon entering and told to enjoy our evening on the way out. We will always go back.

Stopped by to get some drinks in our exploring of Philly. The drinks are classic and are good. The bartender was approachable and modified my drinks easily but I found the drinks a little too sweet for my liking. The people who were providing service were very friendly and the bathroom was very clean. In comparison to other Hard Rock Cafe locations this one is a little dated and needs some updating overall it’s your typical Hard Rock Cafe.

Flew into Philadelphia for a conference, the Hard Rock is just around the corner from the Marriott. I had the Nacho burger with guacamole (must have) and 2 Summer Crush beers. Perfect place to satiate my hunger and relax from traveling all morning. Service is excellent: Brooke the bartender, front of the house, and wait staff. The Hard Rock music video selections...will take you way back. I really enjoyed dining here!

Grandma took his farther and his 2 uncles here to The Hard Rock. Now Grandma is having lunch with my next generation. Can someone say I made it! North Philly. Tuesday greeted by friendly and pleasant door greeter and hostess. Atmosphere upbeat busy,food fresh hot, seasoned to perfection. Drink ???? A beautiful day. The hard Rock went through some bumps through the years but they showed out today for my grand. ✌️❤️????

The food was good. The service was great! The atmosphere was nice. The boneless chicken appetizer tasted really good but wasn't worth the price imo.

In a great location although not as big as other hard rock we've been too. The food was good, so was the service. We got the hurricane, mojito and others, they were delicious! The person behind the bar was on point everytime with every drink!! We were seated on a side table off to the side by the kitchen, away from main part of restaurant which I thought was odd they even had tables there. We didn't say anything because we were hungry and they were busy. (Maybe if we would of said something, they would of changed table? But that's why I still give them a good overall review)
