Having been through the Atlanta Airport that was more like the Marakeesh Baazar, I did take away to enjoy in the AC of my room. By a full length this little gem beat out the competition. The Parker, their signature burger will be among my lifetime memorable burgers, that from a person who nearly gave them up for dead. Enjoying the parmesan fries the next morning even zapped they were still fantastic and only after I'd eaten then did I realize they were unsalted. The service was swift and creative to get me both sides in a kibitzing diologue between barman and hostess that could have been a sweet British comedy. They were a delight. Also the quality of cooking held up entirely by the time I opened the dinner in my room. Kudos to the chef. Their small but carefully curated menu warrants repeat vistits to this smartly appointed cafe/bistro.
Worst Restaurant Week meal I’ve had in Philadelphia. The quality and portion of ingredients was laughable; the preparation even worse. We ordered chicken and shrimp. Neither was prepared with salt. Both overcooked. Only 5 medium sized shrimp. I’d estimate the ingredient cost at $3-5.
The appetizer board was probably from a can. Nothing fresh, or good. Avoid!

Currently staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and ordered The Parker Burger for room service. Honestly one of the best burgers we have ever had! Amazing! Will definitely be having another before we leave.

Love this restaurant. It's one of the best hotel attached restaurants I've ever been to. The food is great and reasonably priced. The staff is wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Just had brunch here. Small yet creative menu with affordable drinks. The food was very tasty and I look forward to going back!

Went with a large party and was pleasantly surprised! Super creative drinks, DELICIOUS food and great service! I have eaten at most places in the neighborhood and this was my first experience hearing about them. It really is a shame this place isn’t more popular.

Cute little spot for brunch and dinner! We went for brunch and ordered a wonderful spread with a side of mimosa! Everything was quite delicious when you are hungry.

Ended up here unexpectedly after my sons and I could not get into nearby places on a cold night. Creative menu, good service, unpretentious, and nicely seasoned food. Can recommend the Philly cheese steak egg rolls and brisket flatbread pizza. The Hemingway cocktail was tasty as well.

So I’m a foodie who loves to travel. I’m saying this so you understand that when I say this was one of the top 5 meals of my life, I mean it. Perfect portions, fantastic choices, the service (Katie)was superb, the seating outside was lovely. I will dream about that meal for a long time and creme brûlée is ruined for me forever because it will never be as amazing as it was a Libertine. Definitely coming back every time I’m in Philly.

Located in a great location. The food was awesome, the service was top notch and my daughter and I were treated like family. There is something quite nice when the Chef/Owner comes to your table to make sure that everything is perfect. From the chef's, to the waiters and waitress' and bartenders, this place is a gem. The Oysters with the sorbet...my Lord...who would have guessed that Oysters and sorbet paired so well! We will definitely be back soon!
