Overall had a nice experience, they was able to find seats for my family and I even though we did not reserve a spot previously. I would say that the the atmosphere of the spot was nice and I enjoyed the dine in experience. The waiters and other employees were very nice! The fried shrimp that I ordered was a amazing!! The whiskey burger on the other hand "wasn't it" for me they said suggested that that was their best burger but just didn't taste good to ME. Also I asked them to make the egg on my sandwich well done *to fully cook the egg yolk* but when they came back the egg was not fully cooked! Other than that, my family said that the smash burgers that they ordered was very good! Also the chicken sandwich that they serve.

Excellent service, tasty burgers, and EXCEPTIONAL sides! Coming here for drinks and a smorgasbord of sides would be quite the move, I highly recommend (which is in no way an indictment against the meals; the fries and pickles were just that good). Slight complaint that the turkey burger was a thin fillet draped over the burger toppings (as opposed to the thick hamburgers), but it was well-seasoned and tasty, so honestly, it's the mildest of slights. I will definitely return

Average food with even more mediocre service. It is really sad because we were returning after a power outage where we didn’t get the full experience so we were excited to come back. Unfortunately, service was very slow, 3 of the 4 entrees came out to only have the only one that wasn’t cooked come out ten minutes later.
For the food -
Popcorn shrimp: there was too much breading for how small of shrimps these were. The buffalo aioli was delicious though
Fried pickles: the only restaurant to have done it right. Half slices that were fried so you didn’t lose all the breading after one bite (this too with the buffalo aioli for a nice kick). Highly recommend.
Tater tots: they had an odd bbq/smokey flavor to them. The smoked onion crème fraiche was eh.
Double smash burger: not special. It wasn’t bad just not wowing.
Turkey smash burger: oddly good, but too much bread for the patty size
Village burger: this is HEFTY. I mean a thick patty so be prepared. Juicy. Yummy. Recommend.
Duck fat fries: didn’t taste any different than any other fries we’ve had. A little too thick for my taste.
Smoked salmon BLT: DO NOT GET. The sourdough was too thick for the sandwich since there was barely anything in the middle. You barely get a SLICE of smoked salmon, so little that you’re maybe tasting a little bacon, and certainly mostly bread. Very disappointing.
Overall, fine for an American pub night out, or for happy hour, but otherwise there are too many other great places in the city to go to.

Stopped in for some whiskey flights ans they did not disappoint. Around the world flight was a winner. Also, I think the fried pickles were the best I've ever had.

Didn't realize it's been 6yrs since I last visited. I gave 4 stars because two important factors. 1) our server was not very attentive and it wasn't busy, so there was no excuse. 2) The portion of the turkey burger meat. I know we're in a recession but that patty was flatter than a pancake. The only thing that saved it was it was well seasoned. Please add more meat to the turkey burger. I wish my friend would have ordered a beef burger so I could've compared the sizing. But she opted for a salad.

Great ambiance, fantastic alcohol selection, duck fat fried fries, and some of the best burgers in the city - what's not to love? Staff was helpful in working around my dairy and egg allergies (I ended up with a bunless burger which was a non-issue for me, but consider yourself warned if you're there for the buns). The duck fat fries were crispy and delicious. I look forward to returning!

Amazing high scale whiskey cocktail spot. They had so many literally so many options to choose from. The food was amazing too. Our server did had amazing recommendations. The place is cozy and only have high top seating. So if you don’t mind your legs hanging, definitely worth checking. I will put it on list for any whiskey lover or cocktail lover. The beer menu is very small.

Personally I love whiskey and burgers. This place was beyond just that. The experience was phenomenal and our bartender Margarito really knew how to run the bar. He was the only bartender for a busy restaurant during a Sunday brunch and made sure to pay close attention to each and every customer that came in. We had a whiskey flights, burgers, mimosas and popcorn shrimp. Our bill was very reasonable and we will certainly be back!

Went because of all the positive reviews about the place and especially their burgers. It's a good spot for a casual bite but wouldn't say it's a must go in town. The cocktails are very good, and the burger is quite good(however, it was too heavy for me, and it's too thick so hard to eat it in one piece). The fries were especially good! The service is good as well.

Visited this restaurant today with a friend of mine and the food was really good! I got the bourbon French toast and it was perfect. We also shared tater tots and they were good. The owner brought over my mimosa and we had a conversation with him and he was so sweet and loved his personality! Definitely give this place a try!
