I had ordered the Buffalo Bill Bison burger...double the bison burger. It's very sloppy so I suggest if you cut it in half. Plus I forgot to tell them no bacon I don't do pork. And it wasn't cooked all the way so maybe I should have explained to them I want it it well done. I also order a salted caramel type of shake. That was very good.

The atmosphere is great the music is not too loud the staff is very friendly and the food is very very good. My only criticism would be that the meat was a little overcooked for my liking but but they said they would cook it less if I asked them when i order it

Great burgers, fries, and milkshakes! The French fries were delicious, and definitely shareable between 2 people. My burger was cooked perfectly with a toasted bun. The Nashville hot chicken had the perfect amount of spice. We got the “hot”. The slaw on the chicken sandwich was a great addition. The milkshakes are absolutely divine.
Everyone greeted us with a smile, and we had great service.

Went for the first time the other day and was impressed. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, comfortable vibe with cool music. Comfy foot rest. Delicious burger and fries! Will return. ????

Overrated, Pricey, Fast Food Burger Joint with questionable looking meat (enlarge the photo of the cut burger and look at the meat ????)! I don’t understand why all the hype! I was excited to try the burgers here based on high recommendation from someone I met at an excellent burger place!
Wow! What a disappointment!
You stand in front of Menu boards to order and then you get assigned a table number to sit— then they bring your fries (ordered separately) out way before the burger! I want my burger and fries together not separately! They give the excuse that they think you might want something to snack on until your burger arrives—FALSE!
Next my burger was overcooked with a hard, dry, cold bun!! Hardly any sauce on burger—quite plain!
TAKE 2, still overcooked with a hard, cold, dry bun! ☹️seriously? And the manager hasn’t even come out to see me! So I asked the bartender (who was so awesome) Where’s the manager? He’s in the back (Hiding— my opinion)! Bartender goes to back and talks with him and finally the manager comes out. Well he was trying to turn down the grill. And trying to get the team to go through the old, stale buns! Wow! This all should be done way before your 4:30/5pm dinner! The fact that they couldn’t get the burger temp correct twice and sent a stale, cold, hard bun out twice tells you ALL you need to know!
Well after all this and a long talk with the young manager, he finally offered to refund me the price of the burger! Thank you! But he should’ve refunded my fries as well! Terrible first experience and definitely the last. So please corporate—don’t offer me to email you. I’m not going to and don’t plan to return! Hopefully you’ll look into what’s going on and make the necessary improvements going forward for any other guests!

Hopdoddy has great burgers for a fair price. The shareable truffle fries are a generous serving that could probably be shared by up to 3 people, and they are very tasty!
The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. There is ample parking and easy to get around inside the restaurant. I saw them making milk shakes and I was too full to have one but it looked so good!

Visited PHX and was hungry checked around and found this place. Was impressed just by the outside appearance. Place was laid out side ways as they have a corner spot. Has a full bar inside. Workers were helpful for being first time customers. Burgers were worth the price. Ingredients were curated for each burger variety. Fry's are separate but big enough for 3-4 people to share so unless you scarf them down they do get cold and kinda hard fast. The potato's are different that they use has a different taste but we're good. They do offer a burger of the month each month so you can always try something new. Overall very satisfied with dinner here will definitely be back to try some different burgers. Had a bison burger and a regular beef burger.

Best burgers in Phoenix. The servings of fries are enough for at least 3. I got the Llano Pablano. 10/10, not super spicy. Good vegan and gluten free options.

An uncomplicated and fun burger place right off from Camelback and 20th St. Good, honest burger, made right.
Apparently, this joint was recently voted to have the best burgers in the States, and they are definitely doing a good job trying to hold that reputation.
Exemplary service and a nice, relaxed decor.

The hamburgers are very good! I also got the sweet potatoes and they were soooooooo good! The sweet potatoes had a sweet chili sauce and it really enhanced the flavor to the sweet potatoes!!! The serving size are pretty big so is enough for two people to share the fries! Definitely recommend this restaurant!
