Food was good.....
Service needs a little nudge...Never been there before, host asked where i wanted to sit and i said at the bar but there wasnt alot of room between customers so i sat at a high top near the bar.
No one came to take my drink order and when host went by me I asked if i could get a menu and service. He said oh you wanted a high top and brought me menus.
My server Patrick, while super nice and polite, was a bit slow. He came to ask if anyone served me yet i said no.
i ordered per his recommendation the bone marrow burger...good choice. it was flavorful and cooked perfectly.....he did however forget my Beet Salad and blamed it on the kitchen saying they've been forgetting orders. Not so sure I believed him. lol He comped a soda pop.

Our bartender Kyrie Rick rolled me…. However it was offset by her wonderful service. Very entertaining atmosphere and friendly service. I highly recommend. Watchout for the QR code that comes along with your drink. Do not scan. ????????????????????????????????????

The food and service are both pretty good. The only annoying thing is that the starter nachos came after the main meal. They do have an awesome selection of beers. The mall is really nice vibes

I loved this place. The food was great and staff were very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend you to try, specially I loved the 28 Day Dry-Aged Bone Marrow Burger it comes with Fries or Coleslaw. Also we tried Bourbon Barrel Cake which was really delicious.

Excellent food and a unique twist on an old fashioned. I had the bone marrow burger which was fantastic and my friends had the cowboy and everybody really enjoyed it. Reason for the four stars is the wait staff was really slow given the customer to server ratio.

Conveniently located on the not-so-busy side of the UTC mall with a parking structure next to it. IDEAL SPOT FOR GROUP GATHERINGS! The truffle cheese fries was a big hit. The sweet potato fries with cinnamon and honey was a game changer. I didn't try their burgers but was very happy with their ahi tuna Salad. A great beer selection with some unique beer choices. The server was attentive. The 10 of us spent 4 hours here and enjoyed every minute of our time here. I regret not trying their burgers but...next time!!!

Solid booze selection and option for whiskey/beer flights. Great cocktails. Food was great and as a fan of spicy was very happy the kitchen and the hospitable waitstaff accommodated my request to "make me suffer".
Only flaw was that Food and drinks took a while to reach the table after ordering and came unevenly. Not an egregious wait, but enough to be noticeable. Will eat here again, and would recommend.

Awesome place on all measures! Bison burger with spicy charred Fresno peppers was incredible. Craft beer selection is awesome and bartenders (I sat at bar) are super enthusiastic and informed about the beer selections. They will recommend for you great beers and also give you samples to help you dial in to what you prefer. This will be my new go-to place when I’m La Jolla…..

Modern industrial interior with cool takes on the American staple - burgers. The location in UTC is good, far enough away from the rest of the rest of the dining plaza that it doesn't get too crowded, but not in a random spot that is difficult to find. Service is alright, a little slow but the good came out in good time. Non alcoholic drinks are passable. The menu is focused on burgers and sides with some salad and non beef options. A cool spot if you're looking for unique burgers without the Shake Shack crowd.

Very nice service, very nice atmosphere. But I have to say the foods are really so-so. We really expected their spicy specialties are hot enough but they don’t taste spicy at all. It’s a little disappointed. The only thing we loved is the smoky whiskey drink, but the drink’s price is expensive too. I will recommend people to come here for work event or happy hour, but not for date or a real good quality food dinner.
