Picked up a dozen bundlets and asked for one cellophane bag to separate for the birthday person, but they said they couldn't give one unless I purchased as a gift-wrapped Bundtlet Tower. I only asked for one bag. Sad they can't afford to give one bag after buying a dozen. Lacking good customer service. :(

As a cake connoisseur and lover of NBC, this one was my favorite to visit. I was in town for my birthday and their team went above and beyond in making birthday candles suggestions and giving great birthday wishes.

I am not a fan of lemon anything, especially with desserts! BUT the lemon bunt cake from NBC is beyond amazing!! It’s very well balanced. It’s soft, not too lemony, the frosting was not overly sweet. It was perfect! 10 out of 10 recommend! Very well done Nothing Bunt Cakes! I will be getting more!

They are truly amazing!! I live in Jacksonville, Fl and called on my daughter’s birthday asking if they could make and deliver a cake to her the same day. Without hesitation they said Yes! She received her cake and loved it and felt special!! She’s new to town and doesn’t know anyone so you all truly helped us out!! Thank you again!! ❤️

This is for Adriana! I’m so sorry I lost my receipt so I couldn’t leave a review the official way but you were so kind and so helpful. I always order cakes ahead of time but this time I needed one last minute. You were able to take my order with ease and it was done promptly. Thank you so much! I appreciated your friendly approach.
The cakes are always delicious, always a hit when I get them for birthdays or other celebrations. I prefer the classic vanilla bundt but this last time I asked Adriana about the the strawberries and cream and I’m glad I trusted her thoughts on it- everyone loved it!

Easy and quick for the individual bunt cakes. They are allergen friendly! Nut Free Carrot Cake is a GAME CHANGER and will bring me back for sure. They also offer a Gluten Free option. Hoping a Vegan Option will join the menu soon-that way it’s a 1 Stop Shop for dinner parties :)

This location is near my house. It is becoming a nightmare for me. I am constantly battling with them to get fresh daily made cakes. I specifically ask for a lemon cake made today as well as a red velvet made today and they both were old. What bothers me the most is I asked when I shouldn’t have to make a request for fresh bakeries. I give up I won’t return. I gave this place 1 star I wish I could give this location 0 stars instead

Really enjoy the cakes but Katie at the sports arena store in San Diego was great. Attentive, kind, and efficient. She did her job well and is a great shiny face for the company. Customer service brings people back- and Katie is great. Keep her and give her a raise!! Oh, the cakes are always great!

Nothing Bundt Cakes doesn't disappoint! This location keeps to that tradition! Desserts are good and the free samples are bomb too! The employees at this location are nice and genuine in wanting to help!
