One of the best meals I’ve had in my life. I went with my family and the food was just incredible. The steak was so good it melts in your mouth. The bread came with a special butter, which was amazing. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Boy where do I begin. If I could give Fia steak a 10 out of five I would definitely do that. from the minute I called to make a reservation to when I entered the restaurant each and every individual was absolutely on top of their game. They have set a completely new standard for what we should all expect from restaurants pre-and post Covid. My food and presentations were absolutely impeccable. Each and every individual that checked on me or waited on me you could tell truly cared about providing top notch service. Dustin happened to be the bartender that night he was incredibly attentive and phenomenal at his job and very personable. And Rick, I believe he is the Director of the restaurant could not have been more kind and gracious and consistently checked in as well to make sure my experience was nothing less than 110%. If you do not like this place there is something wrong with you not this place. They will do everything they can to make sure you have an amazing experience. i hope they continue to do well! worth every penny!!

My husband and I are in love with this place. Deana is the best server ever and Dustin is a great bartender. Fia is a hidden gem. Food, ambiance and service are top! Highly recommended!

Just...wow! We sat at a chef's table and loved the show. So many amazing dishes, but one of the only places I have found squab (yes, pigeon) and it's done perfectly! Steak, lobster, crab, lamb...osetra "bumps"... you just can't go wrong!
I'm be back soon!

Fia delivered one of the greatest dining experiences of my life. My wife claimed “this is the best meal I’ve ever had!” It is fine dining in a super approachable and unpretentious atmosphere. Every dish was impeccable, each with its own unique twist that consistently surprised and delighted us. The staff was amazing and because Fia only has two seatings a night, you really get to kick back, relax, and enjoy the evening.
Expect to easily pay $200+ per person, but it’s worth every penny. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow simply wow! Their appetizers are a great start and their lobster risotto is out of this world. Their steaks are cooked very well and I very much enjoyed this restaurant, highly recommended

Such a hidden gem. From the street, the restaurant is very unassuming. You walk down a long outdoor walkway into a gorgeous patio with lots of garden lighting. Definitely try to sit outside and you’ll enjoy the ambiance whether you are on a date or just hanging out with friends.
Everything on the menu sounded delicious but since we couldn’t order everything especially since there were only 2 of us, we chose something from each main category.
Appetizer: squid ink calamari - its squid ink so doesn’t always photograph well. Each bite was flavorful with a great crunch and not oily at all.
Vegetables: Brussels sprouts- crispy and tasty
Pasta- homemade Cavatelli. Truffle shaved at your table over the pasta. Pasta cooked perfectly and wasn’t overly heavy. I could eat this over and over.
Entree- We shared the special which was a 14oz bone in filet with truffle butter melted table side. Steak cooked perfectly and omg the truffle butter added another level of goodness.
Dessert - chocolate dome - melted table side. This was a chocolate lovers dream. A little too sweet for me but presentation was gorgeous.
The flow of the meal was great. Allowed us to enjoy every dish without being overstuffed. Wait staff was very attentive and friendly.
Can’t wait to go back.

Managed to book the night before while visiting Santa Monica and it was a meal to remember. Excellent service and the atmosphere immediately drew us in. Each course was excellent and the wine pairing suggested by the sommelier was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Where my steak eaters at?! If you haven’t checked out the new steak house on the west side, stop what you’re doing and make a reservation now!!
Fia Steak is expectedly or unexpectedly awesome depending on how much you know about the culinary greats of the area. This place has an old school steakhouse vibe coupled with modern decor and an approachable serving staff. I’d have to say they hit all the marks for me.
The portions are hearty, so do ask a lot of questions about how much food you’re ordering. However, even if you order way too much like we did, it sure does make for great leftovers. With only 2 seatings on weekend nights, the staff wants you to kick back and truly enjoy your entire dining experience without feeling rushed. Plus who wants to pay high-end prices with a clock counting down for your stay.
We ordered the 45 day aged Del Monico steak which was absolutely worth every dollar, the Branzino which was so simply and elegantly done, the Grilled Mushrooms which will make you swoon, the Grilled Peruvian Prawns special which blew our minds, and the White Asparagus special which was an entire experience in and of itself.
We had the best meal and can’t wait to come back to try out more delicious dishes. Sit back, tuck your napkin in your collar, and take it all in. This place is epic.
