Very Very rude. Not realizing that it was the "lunch run" I called to speak with a manager about something. So a man get's on the phone and says "Hello", "Hurry up hurry up this is my lunch run" For starters as a manager of a business I would have had the person answering the phone to take a message and advised them I was unavailable at the moment. Businesses run because of patronage and this is one business that I will tell all my family and friends to NEVER visit. I have never in my life experienced such a rude interaction in my 47 years of living. This is definitely something that they could never come back from and I hope the owner trains the workers better on customer service skills. Please remember that customer service is very important in the hospitality world. Peace and Love ❤️

Would give 5 stars but I feel like the quality of the food has gone down the past couple times I've gone. I still think it's a good place to grab a burger though.

We witnessed a cook smoking out back and doing a big puff of smoke right as he was going back in and then proceeded to witness the 2 cooks one being the smoker and the other wiping his nose but still proceeded to cook and scratch his head with his hat over the food cooking on the grill and we also been waiting 15 minutes for our order outside with orders in the window for the same amount of time we been waiting. More training and less wait time. People ordering inside getting their food before us. And we ordered 1st.

Love this place, can never say enough. Burgers are mouthwatering, thick and juicy. Fries are nice and I'm not a French fry person theirs I'll eat and enjoy. Also have steak fingers popping hot when you get them. Now you might have a very short wait, but you can taste that fresh cooked made to order flavor in crispy lettuce and veggies. And piping hot food. Free ice cream with food purchase it's nice touch, but I love their old fashioned malted or on milkshakes. Gotta go people at least for their ice cream. This is a go to spot favorite.

Food was really good! I got the bacon big burger combo. The service is friendly and the place is really clean. Definitely recommend.

I enjoy the food 2 out of 3 times. This previous time, the food my wife had didn't taste as well cooked as usual. The food is great and the employees are friendly.

This place was excellent! We had a burger and the chicken fried steak. The combos come with an ice cream as you leave and they always ask everyone, "how was your meal?" I can tell customer service is high priority here along with great tasting food. The fries seem to be hand cut home made and the burgers are awesome. Prices are very reasonable and affordable for all. Bring the kids and family. Nice cozy place.
