Visited Blood Bros. BBQ during their happy hour on Thursdays. Unfortunately, they do not serve BBQ during the happy hour which was a little disappointing. The happy hour menu changes each week.

The place was packed for my visit and I dined on the outside patio. I had the brisket fried and the ground brisket burger. The burger was very juicy and flavorful. The rice was also very tasty. I look forward to visiting during normal hours to try the BBQ.

Very friendly service. The food is good. We ordered the gochuchang glazed pork ribs, brisket, habanero Gouda sausage, hot sausage, slaw, and beans. We enjoyed everything. However, the brisket was out least favorite. It was too fatty for us. I think we would have been better asking for the less fatty pieces. I arrived right at opening on a Saturday morning. No problems with waiting.

Place was a little over hyped.

SIDES WERE AMAZING THO! Mac and cheese is amazing. The brisket fried rice was better than most Asian restaurants around town.

Now, the brisket was DRY I mean DRY. The fat cap wasn’t moist at all. The sausage was good not great. And ribs, dry too.

Went on a Saturday at noon, so there was a line. But I assure you that it is worth the wait! We had the brisket fried rice (incredible), jalapeno corn, Mac and cheese. Beef ribs were cooked incredibly well, pork belly was great. Brisket and gokuchang ribs topped it all off. This was an incredible meal!

Amazing food! The fried rice was delicious! First time here and an amazing experience. The wait wasn't long, the food was phenomenal, the staff was friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this place! We stopped by for Friday Thai day. A few items were already sold out! So had the brisket burger, great coarse texture and juicy for a smoked burger. The ribs and the sliced brisket were also moist.

First time today and I expected so much more based on the reviews. I had brisket, sausage and glazed pork ribs. Brisket was disappointing because it lacked the proper texture and tenderness. It was dry and did not have that texture that well smoked brisket has when the meat fibers start to break down. Sausage and ribs were good, but not anything memorable. This place does not match places like Pinkerton’s or The Pit Room. They rate more comparable to Rudy’s , Pappas BBQ or Dickeys. The restaurant was clean and inviting and staff was nice, but I was really coming for the hyped up food. I was sadly underwhelmed. Overall, not bad.

Good BBQ! I personally don't think it's the best, but I like this place because it's more balanced. Let me explain. Killen's is a great BBQ place, but for me personally it is so heavy that I can't eat there very often. Blood Bros still has good BBQ, which is not as heavy and they offer less traditional sides (such as the brisket fried rice which was yummy) that can create that balance versus eating straight BBQ. The sauces were great and I could not choose which sauce I liked more. My favorite thing was the beef rib. So moist! Overall, this is a solid BBQ place and I would definitely consider it an option when I'm craving BBQ.

Blood Bros was decent my first time in. I don't know if I'd go out of my way for it if I lived in the area. I do like the variety of Asian influences on the menu, but none really hit home for me.

No enough words to describe it! Really amazing!! Everything was so full of flavor. I love it! We order ribs with gochujang (excellent!) and brisket (from another planet) and sausage (very good!). The baos were delicious too! Staff very friendly.

One of the best bbq places in Houston. My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a while. It was our good friend’s birthday and we all love bbq so it was a great opportunity. We got their around 20 mins before opening in case there was a line. There were about 4 parties in front of us. We were excited and wanted to try it all. We got 2.5 pounds of fatty brisket, a beef rib that was about 2 pounds, a jalapeño cheddar sausage link and a red chili sausage link. We also got brisket and pork belly burnt ends. For sides we got the brisket fried rice, jalapeño Cole slaw and the ambrosia salad. All in large. The brisket was delicious. Nice bark and very moist. I thought a bit more salt was needed but that’s just me. The beef rib was some of the best we’ve had since Muellers in Austin. Both the sausage links were coarse ground and delicious. Both the burnt ends were good but the pork belly burnt ends were amazing! The brisket fried rice was awesome and the Cole slaw was good but the ambrosia salad was out of this world. Brought back memories from childhood. The service was great and the line moved quickly. The have a full bar that you can drinks at separately so you don’t need to wait in the full line. We had a lot of leftovers so we’ll be enjoying this in the days to come. If you haven’t tried it, do it!
