Overall Rating

Step above Taco Bell. Prices are fair for what you get Food tastes decent, salsas are pretty good but ground beef is bland. Restaurant is set up like a slightly higher level Taco Cabana with salsa bar and order at counter and wait. It's kind of like Chuy's and Taco Cabana had a "love child " it was night time so I am not sure if there is patio seating or not

Rosa's breakfast tacos are my favorite around, especially because they offer corn tortillas. You also can't beat their Tuesday taco plate deal. This location always has fast and friendly service. It's my pleasure to visit about once a week!

Food quality reminds me of Taco Cabana. Not bad but not amazing. The flour tortillas where fresh and had a good texture. The place was busy. Orders are placed at the counter top not tableside. The staff was very polite and friendly but not very knowledgeable about the menu. Prices are cheap for the food quantity. And the service was fast

Decent fast food and a nice salsa bar are how I would describe this location. It was clean and tidy the restroom was also very clean. The food was just ok. The salsa bar was fresh and convenient. Would definitely come back to try again.

DO NOT EAT HERE. It’s gross.

Deeply understaffed on the weekend rush hour. Half of the tables have not been bussed and are standing with food and plates. Roughly 11 tables in view are covered from where I am sitting.

Incredible failure of management. I would like to bring friends here for the adorable atmosphere and well priced food. But until I find out they actually hired local even teenagers who want good jobs I’ll caution everyone: DO NOT EAT HERE IT IS UNSANITARY.

Went around 8pm to grab dinner. Had to wait 10 min for Fresh Fajitas. Definitely worth the wait. Everything was good. And I'm a big critic on rice but their rice was tasty. Give it a try this location is doing well for dinner.

The food is good but they always mix up the tortillas. I always order corn tortilla and almost every time they give me flour tortilla. The flour tortillas are fresh but the corn ones are not. Over all a good Mexican food place. I recommend the beef fajita plate.

I LOVE & HATE eating here...
I love the food and atmosphere.
BUUUUUUTTTTTT-
I'm tired of getting REALLY gristley chicken in my enchiladas!! EVERY meal l have to pull out 4-5 chunks of HARD visible gristle that ruins my dining experience.
I'm about to start looking for a replacement restaurant... (but l really love this place)
And the steak fajita breakfast taco is AMAZING!

Chicken enchiladas were flavorful beans were tasty, rice needed bit of flavor but mixed with sour cream sauce and beans it was fine. They have self serve salsa bar with limes, cilantro, pico de Gallo and onion. The sopapillas were tasty and light.

I decided to give Rosa’s Cafe a try again and was not disappointed. I ordered two to go dinners: 3 Cheese Enchiladas (Tres Amigos) dinner and the Deluxe Mexican Plate. I used their great and efficient drive thru which had a full line of cars on a Friday night. Both plates came with good refried beans and rice and a couple of pretty good flour tortillas. The Deluxe Mexican Plate consisted of a crispy taco with ground beef, cheese enchilada, tamale, tostada with beans lettuce and shredded cheese and a scoop of guacamole. Also, ordered their chips and queso—which was pretty fair. At the to go window, I asked for Salsa and Pico de Gallo and that was included when I checked at home. Everything arrived as expected and made both of us very happy for a nice Friday night dinner at home. I can’t say Rosa’s is the best TexMex food around, but they do a very good job, get the order correct and are efficient and reasonably priced!
