My first time there ever. My order was incorrect. Inform my server, to correct it, I got two pieces of bread to fix it myself. Instead of them offering to make it over. Skinny fries were good, but cold.
I have gluten and dairy intolerances so I ordered the liberty burger with vegan cheese, vegan mayo, on a gluten free bun. It was amazing!! Caters to dietary restrictions and tastes great.

For a $9 burger (I got the Wild West) I waited about 15 minutes for, honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had. Cooked to temp as requested, nice beef patty. All around great service and food.

Husband arrived me by dining out. He enjoyed the wildest with sautéed onions.
Enjoyable experience with plenty of options. Would recommend

Absolutely the best burger I have ever had. Got the Candied Cowboy. First time here after being suggested by a friend and will be returning each time I travel through Dallas. Serious wow.

The burgers are good, the skinny fries are OK and the service is fine. But $40 for 2 burgers and fries and another $10 for a single ice cream sandwich dessert seems a bit ridiculous. Yes, $10 for an ice cream sandwich. Just be aware of the excessive cost before going in thinking you'll be having a normal burger & fries kind of lunch.

Always looking for new spots closer to work and this place did not disappoint. EXCELLENT burgers, superior service and a very nice, clean place. Very surprised I had never heard of it before but I'm so glad someone recommended it!

Some restaurants I try because I randomly come across them. Others come from an extensive list of places to try. There are some restaurants which I encounter by chance AND because they are on my list. Liberty Burger was on the list for a while and I finally found myself conveniently next to them.
If there is one thing that shines through at Liberty Burger, they have the utmost quality for all of their ingredients and their flavor is nothing to shake a stick at, either. I ordered the Nooner and the Sidewinders.
The Sidewinders were very good, quality fried potato wedges and they tasted even better with the Liberty Burger Hot Sauce which tasted like someone knew why flavorful hot sauces are popular. That sauce added a new dimension to everything.
The burger was messy, but the bun was a champ. The patty was well grilled and nicely seared. The egg added a nice unity to the sandwich and the hashbrowns were a nice touch. All of the ingredients in my food, especially this burger, were flavorful and expressed themselves as individual flavors before comingling in my mouth.
It you are in the neighborhood, consider making Liberty Burger a regular stop, because I know I would. 4/5.

The food at liberty burger was alright. They were successful able to execute my order. Problem is, it was very greasy and my lettuce WAS dripping but the worst part was the bottom bun… so soggy I had to remove it and eat it without the bun. In the picture below you can see the chicken drippings plastered across the plate. Don’t get me wrong the restaurant had a nice interior design but the smell was rancid. I had to eat outside. Overall the burger and milkshake weren’t all that bad.
