We went here today for my friend's birthday. It's a beautiful establishment. However, we had hair on our table, hair in our food and hair on our napkins. The food was just okay. Chicken and Waffles were pretty good. Shrimp and grits were seasoned. Truffle fries are TRASH!! The worst experience about all of this was THE MANAGER!! He has NO customer service at all. He didn't want to talk to us. He didn't want to deal with us. He didn't even want to compensate us. We had to get our check corrected FIVE times! Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere else if you want good food and good customer service. This place is NOT worth it!!
First visit (Sunday brunch/ Dined at the bar). Overall experience: I found it to be significantly overrated and overpriced, topped with extremely lacking, sub par service. The establishment itself is beautiful and the live music was nice so those were the only silver linings for me to rate it with 2 stars. As many of you know, excellent and friendly service would cover a number of any unsatisfactory issues you may have with a restaurant but when it’s not even decent customer service, borderline poor, well that only highlights your other issues you find. I enjoyed my company of course, so that’s a plus, but I won’t be returning and I also can’t recommend it to others.

This place is phenomenal!!! It is an experience on its own. It’s definitely not a hype, from the ambiance to the food , to the waitstaff everything is up to par ! Sunday brunch is a vibe on its own. Did I say there’s live music?! You neeed to experience this place. Also. Wet affordable!!!!

The atmosphere and wait staff is phenomenal. The Queen B drink was amazing.
We had crab beignets and grilled oysters for an appetizer. The entree was escargot and bone marrow which was absolutely delicious. The creme brulee was perfection.
10/10 highly recommend.

Bisou was an experience. We came for my sister in law graduation. Or waitress was very patient with us despite trying to accommodate 14 adults and 4 kids. Great selection of entree during brunch. Would be coming back. I had the creme brulee French toast and chicken crepe. The French toast was it of this world with the side of potatoes and fruits. The chicken crepe was not as great probably because visually I expected something different, the taste was not bad but not great. The chicken on the inside is shredded and I didn't really taste the crepe as much because the sauce and the chicken overshadowed the taste of the crepe itself but in Sunday the food was great and would be coming back for dinner pretty soon.

Sunday Brunch is amazing, the environment the outdoor is lovely there’s a jazzy DJ that play a mixer of great music for the atmosphere. They have a Saturday night when they turn into a little dance floor which is awesome and so much fun had a blasted for Chinese Néw celebration. Love this place. Perfect location right in the heart of River Oak/ Highland Village. Check it out. You want regret it

It was Ladies’s night out, more like mommy’s night out lol! No disappointment! The food was delicious! The server was very polite and attentive! Y’all know women can be indecisive at times lol, but that didn’t change his hospitality! I will definitely go again! I’ll let the pics do the rest of the talking! ????

Wonderful service… mixed crowd but lots of young women celebrating their birthdays.. most of them were drunk but it made for good people watching.
Felt a bit conflicted with the food, I’ll explain. 3 ladies and we all ordered something different. Someone at our table had their fish special and although they enjoyed it, they felt it was too small of a portion And I agree it was small for dinner.
My lamb, although it was tasty, it came out well done instead of medium.. big no no! We waited quite a while to get the food and I didn’t want to wait for another one so I kept quiet. $48 for two chops and a side of greens is a bit much.
My friends short rib and potatoes were delicious and a nice hefty portion. Everyone enjoyed their cocktails.

Brunch review on a Sunday.
Interior: Classy, Luxurious, Clean, Lighting
Parking: Valet available for $9 or free nearby parking. Valet is more convenient.
Cocktail selection: loved the El Diablo. Has ginger ale in it. Tastes refreshing. Also had a Mojito. Not on the menu but should be because the bar tender made it with passion I could tell. Tasted amazing.
Meal: I had the chicken and waffles. ???? it was delicious. Met my expectations. The chicken was crispy breast pieces and wasn’t dry at all. Waffles were soft and the dusted sugar was a light but good touch. The syrup tied it all together pretty well. Did not care for the fruits but nice to have and the added seasoned potatoes was a nice extra surprise.
Waiter: Our waiter was giving high end. Honestly should be a model. His service was the best I’ve had in my restaurant experience. Attentive, perfect timing, articulate, informative, professional, patient, resourceful. He was in my opinion too good for this restaurant. I guess they only hire the best.
Best to have a reservation! More convenient and you get seated much faster.
RECOMMEND.
