Nice place for any occasion. Was able to get here because of a friend's wedding. Landscape is nicely curated with a gazebo in the lawn. Running waterbody with a kind of Japanese garden feel.
Food is very good. Their Filet mignon was super tender!
Well this deserves 5 stars. No doubt. Excellent atmosphere and makes the bayou look beautiful. Jumbo crab cake is a must and could had a full meal just of that.
Schnitzel is huge and is very shareable for the main course and would highly recommend. Perfectly battered veal. Ask them to add extra egg and you are good to go. For the sides potatoes Al gratin is the best we have had. Comparison are streak 48, Morton’s, and Fleming’s.
Overall would come back.
Jumbo crab cake

Brussels sprouts
Schnitzel

Had a team dinner here and really enjoyed the view and the food. Had rhe shrimp appetizer, then salad, salmon with green beans and mashed potatoes, and the dessert was sample of banana bread (not good, felt like it was recently defrosted), german cake (very good), fruits and whip cream. The garden is a beautiful add-on to the environment.

When I say I’ve been trying to get here for weeks, I mean it! Well he surprised me for brunch yesterday, meh… The service is not warm, welcoming, or inviting. Server kept reminding us that he was new and didn’t know much. He also told us that they don’t have a drink menu. The lady helping to train him seemed very annoyed when we asked her questions. In fact she was rude a couple times regarding items not on the menu, at one time she said “why you want some”.
Other than that, the food was decent, and the view is beautiful. I’d like to try happy hour at the blue bar but don’t think I’d chance the experience. I’ll mark this place off my list & not recommend or return.

My husband and I came here yesterday for dinner together!! We sat outside and the ambiance was beautiful. I loved the environment, and it was very peaceful. I enjoyed all the lighting, music, and the patio was quite breezy and cool. Perfect spot for a celebration or date night with someone you love. We had two waitresses that's waited on us. Francesca took great care of us. The other young lady was lovely as well; we couldn't remember her name. Also, a younger man who brought out our food was nice and helped me not walk all the way up the stairs and showed me to the bathroom. He was a kind gentleman which women appreciate. I don't know his name, but I always like to recognize good service. Be sure to make a reservation because it is a smaller and intimate space. We had Pear Martinis and Lemon Martinis. (Both 5/5)
Filet Mignon - Oscar (prepared rare) 5/5 rare to perfection, smooth like butter, could be pretty much cut with a fork (Smooth like butter, like a criminal undercover, Gon' pop like trouble breaking into your heart like that) and boy did this steak pop into our heart!
Seafood Tower - 5/5 All the fish was so fresh and delicious. I wish I had another one right now. It's huge and full of everything, 2 lobsters, Alaskan king crab, oysters, and shrimp --yum!
43rd and Broadway - 5/5
Thank you for an amazing experience!

My wedding was more than I ever expected. Brenner's on the Bayou and Ashley guided me through the entire process. Staff was great. The food was superb. And if you're a select member of Landry's, you earn meal points.

Our first time there, for our wedding Anniversary. The food was ok, the Rib Eye steak was chewy tough and had lots of fat on it. The Red Snapper was good, even though it was a bit overcooked.
I had s glass of wine, forgot the name of it, but it was a red wine from Tuscany, Italy and it was so delicious!!
The restaurant service in the outside bar and in the dining room is SLOW, expect to wait a while for everything. The restaurant has stairs, you go down to the dining area and go back up to exit. The ambiance is very dim, not much lighting in there, so if you have bad knees or hips, the stairs will be challenging!
Overall, it compares to Anthony's Steak House, and King Ranch Steak House, and we've been to both. We prefer King Ranch by far!!! Overall, it was ok, not excellent or great!

Attended a nice event here. The upstairs private room is lovely, however the bathrooms are right there, so there was a constant flow of people coming and going while our host was giving a speech.
Food and service were good.

Food and service was exceptional. Nice variety on the brunch menu. The location is beautiful and the restaurant/bar is unique. My husband is handicapped and there are alot of stairs at the entrance and inside the dining room. If you go around to the side and go down the ramp to the outdoor bar area, you can enter the dining room on the lower level and sit inside. The outdoor bar/seating area is nice too if you choose to do that. Pretty views but these tables are first come first serve. I love they have a dress code, so fancy! Will definitely go back for dinner next time.

Went here for my birthday! Really great food, large portion sizes for the entrees so you won't go hungry here! I had the chicken Paige, and my partner had the Texas Ribeye, we also had the lobster bisque and the roasted oysters as appetizers. Everything was delicious. The sides are shareable. They brought out a free dessert for the birthday, but we also ordered two other desserts ????. My only critique is that our table was right next to the server's station, but we didn't ask to move or say anything.
