Great burger. Got the morning after burger and it was everything I expected it to be! Juicy burger with a great tasting waffle! Sweet potato fries were really good as well.

Today was my first time trying this place. I walked TEN MINUTES from work on my lunchbreak to get here to try out and support this B.O.B at the Finn Hall location. I ordered the classic cheeseburger adding bacon (no pink) and added and an order of fries. My burger was pink and missing the top bun and the bacon. I paid $18.12, plus a $2 tip for this foolery. Never again. The gentleman who rang me up was very kind and even gave me a free bottle of water. However, this was too much money to spend on an incorrect half done burger. It really sucks to get back to the office, sit down, open your lunch and realize it's not what you paid for. I'm not pleased and do not recommend

Came here to Craft Burger in Finn Hall and had a very excellent experience. Service was super friendly and professional, seemed to be a family oriented business, and they definitely put the love in their food!!! Can’t wait to continue exploring all the items on their menu!! Go check this place out

Burger enthusiasts will appreciate these burgers! Really fresh, quality ingredients. I recommend adding their delicious truffle mayo to whatever you order. The fried chicken sandwich is also really good, so are the fries -basically everything I've ever ordered was great! Online ordering is really simple and my food is always ready on time and packaged well for to-go. Great customer service.

I am a burger lover. It takes a lot for a burger to impress me. I had the Bacon BBQ burger and fries. Wonderful experience. The bacon on the burger was amazing. Good portions. Price for burger, fries, drink, tax and tip was $20. Fries are well seasoned, crispy and not oily. Burger was so juicy. Loved it.

Always love this place for a burger during the week. I love their burger specials but find myself always going back to the fried chicken sandwich. It’s so good! Went last night before the Astros game and got the craft burger and cheese curds. I have high bar for cheese curds given my time spent in Wisconsin and these did not compare but were still good.

First time trying Craft. We ordered two special burgers of the day and a chicken sandwich. The food came out fairly quickly however the sandwiches were a bit on the small side. It tasted fine, but for the burgers they came with fried onions on top and I watched them put already cooked onions instead of fresh ones. The onions were cold and I did not appreciate that. The pulled pork that was on top was also cold.

I visited the new brick & mortar location at Finn Hall downtown during the grand opening. There was a mental debate whether to go with a burger or chicken sandwich as I stood in line for over 30 minutes. I decided to get the chicken sandwich and received my food in like 5 minutes after ordering which was good BUT it turned out that the quick service time was not good. The chicken sandwich was horrible as it was a little chewy due to being under some heat mechanism instead of being cooked fresh or recently prior to order. The regular fries were ok...my spicy Whataburger ketchup made them acceptable. Won't be in a rush back ...plus I threw half of the chicken sandwich away and wasted like $12 for the sandwich alone (added bacon). The chicken is clearly a little old looking in my photo which was taken at the point of me being done trying to eat it.
I returned for a comp meal and ordered another chicken sandwich. It was MUCH better the 2nd time around. I have also been back a few times afterwards BUT to enjoy the great fries. A friend ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and stated that it was one of the best around Houston. That's a big compliment!

I got the craft burger with bacon. It was soooooo good! Cooked to medium perfection. I feel bad that I got all the condiments and ended up not wanting to use them lol. We also got truffle fries and loaded fries. So much flavor! Since this was my first visit to Finn Hall, the staff was also very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional burgers using high quality meat and the freshest ingredients. And those buns are perfect! I love that you can eat a good gourmet burger and not feel sick or heavy after. And Chef’s fries/truffle fries are to die for. Perfectly crispy and loaded! I can’t get enough. Next up for me, the loaded fries!!
