Nice little mom and pop style shop everyone was nice. Food was good homestyle nice portions for the price. Decor is a little dated and we went kinda late but still worth the trip.
A great hole in the wall lots of bang for buck! We would definitely go back

All time Houston classic. Just maybe the only restaurant in town. There is the same waiter since the beginning! Plus the Chinese food is great!

Been going here for years and the food is always greay. The staff is fantastic and the service is quick. If you can't dine in, they offer pickup and orders are always perfect.

Got take-away and food was decent, especially for the price. Different dishes were very similar in flavor and same sauces. Ordered spicy dishes that were not spicy at all. Order was ready for pick-up and was fast (~ 10 mins). Would try other places before going back.

Fried Rice is trash, but the egg rolls were ok...haven't really had any good rice in Texas. Go to St Louis or New York and you'll know what I mean

Ordered from here & everything was good. Out of everything I ordered (3 dishes & egg rolls) the egg rolls were a slight disappointment. Fried too hard & greasy for my personal taste. But will definitely go back to try other items.

The physical characteristics of both inside and outside leave a lot to be desired. Everything is old and tired. The parking lot was clean. The sign was practically unreadable from age. The inside is somewhat gloomy but appeared clean. I felt like I had stepped back into the 1970's and not in a good way. On the other hand, the food is pretty flavorful and prepared well. I had the Chicken with Orange Peel. It was not bad but the leftovers I took home were much better two days later. The orange flavor had intensified and spread and the bits of orange peel had softened and were edible, for that extra punch of orange flavor. They only had white rice, no brown. The egg rolls were crispy, filled with fresh ingredients and not the least bit greasy. The hot and sour soup was typical but I've had better. My dining companion had pork fried rice. They brought out enough to feed a small army. haha While I didn't taste it, it did look fresh and delicious and it was steaming hot. My companion had no complaints.
