This place gets a WOW. If you like Bar-B-Que then you will absolutely love this place. I had the brisket and sausage plate. The sausage was good and the brisket was phenomenal.
The beans were great and the potato salad was as good as mine. I do make great potato salad.
I posted this without talking about the sauce. It has always been said that a good Bar-B-Que doesn't need a sauce, and that is true, but a good sauce will send a good Bar-B-Que into the stratosphere. Flossie's sauce was as good as their brisket.

Hands down the best bbq I've had so far. Owner is very friendly and helpful. If you are in the area stop by, you will not be disappointed!

This place is a blessing to BBQ! If you’re undecided on who has great BBQ trust me you will not be disappointed. Father and daughter working together and gave awesome hospitality and customer service as well. Worth every penny!

Delicious bbq! We got a 2 meat potato and a 3 meat plate. Those were definitely some of the best ribs I’ve ever had! Love the chopped beef. But the bbq baked beans….wow amazing! We will definitely be back!

The owner and employee are friendly and helpful with choosing off the menu. Now to the food, the brisket was really moist not to smoky, just right and flavorful. The FULL LINK was also juicy and flavorful, the ribs where on point not tough or falling apart. They have spare ribs which are the best , everyone offers the St Louis cut now which means they cut the fatty piece on the end off that’s full of flavor. Potato salad is really good , beans where ok. Bbq sauce had a good flavor , not overpowering the meat. We’re going back this weekend. Hope the community supports this business , and they stay for a long time.

Everything was great. Good flavors on the ribs, brisket, sausage, beans and even the potato salad. Nothing was dry and beans had a very good unique flavor. Friendly owner. Definitely going back.

Excellent loaded baked potato with 3 different meats on it! The owner is a very friendly guy who has his BBQ recipe on point. The ribs and brisket were tender and juicy. This place is a hidden gem on the East side.

When I say that this BBQ was on point it definitely was!
The owner and his daughter where awesome a long with the food.
I ordered the two meat plate rids and brisket with the dirty rice and greens which was tinder and the flavor was amazing with a hint of heat, the meat on the ribs came right off the bone and the brisket was just as tinder.
This place is amazing and we will be coming back soon!

The customer service is absolutely amazing! They really do make you feel comfortable and at home. You can tell they put so much love into every plate they prepared & it was absolutely delicious. We had the 3 meat plate with Ribs, brisket and sausage with baked bean and potato salad. If I could rate the plate a 10/5 I would. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for authentic bbq

I had lunch here a couple of times and also have ordered to go. Chef, Mr. Michael is wonderful blessing! We enjoy eating at Flossie’s each time and love the food and laughs! Good times and good company
