Wonderful Breakfast.. wonderful service
Best breakfast I've had from a restaurant in a very long time.
I suggest if your in Houston look it up. It will be more than worth your drive..
I am from Lufkin, Texas and we have a restaurant called Charlie's if your ever up our way stop in there.. it is great like ya..
Really enjoyed the southern benedict! Not too bad for kind of a hole-in-the-wall right outside the airport. The service was great too!!

True Southern diner vibes! Our waitress had top tier customer service, was very friendly & attentive. Food/Menu is your typical Waffle House meets IHOP style but seasoned better. Great place to stop at when going/coming from airport. They may be open 24/7 but I'm not sure. I had the Early Bird Breakfast for $6.99 which includes: (2) pancakes w/(2) eggs + 2 sausage links + 2 strips of bacon (they have turkey bacon) + hash browns & my hubby had the Grilled Chicken Breast w/eggs, grits, & toast. Yum!! I subbed my links for all bacon & it was the perfect amount of food. Thanks for a great start to my Sunday! BONUS: They grind their own coffee beans so the coffee was smooth & fresh!

Came to Hot Biscuit after grabbing my daughter from the airport early in the morning. Almost didn't go inside because it looked pretty shabby on the outside. Glad we did though because when we went on it was very clean and the server was very nice and she was flying around keeping everyone's coffee filled, etc. I ordered the Country Boy breakfast I think is what it was called and it was ALOT of food, more than I was expecting or what you get at a large chain like Ihop or Denny's. The food was GREAT! Definitely be my new go-to spot when coming and going from the airport!

fantastic
my family and i were stuck in houston by the airline and stayed at the hilton garden inn whose kitchen closed before i could order
all good we found Hot Biscuit
our waiter Hightower was fantastic and helped us order on the 108 plus choices
looked at the photos and they had beer and wine
we ordered the following items
1. chicken fried steak
2. rib eye steak
3. real southern catfish
and ice cold dos equs beer.
Hightower and the rest of the team, turned what had been an awful day (being stuck in an airport, getting to a hilton hotel to be told there was no food) and then having a great family meal!)
regards.

Solid for breakfast servings. Our party had eggs Benedict both Country and Southern style. The biscuits were soft making them perfect for absorbing either the Hollandaise sauce or White gravy. The sausage patties were the right seasoning and hash browns were crunch outside with slight soft center. Perfect for early morning family rendezvous or business meetings. Staff friend and patient. Seating areas were clean and typical of cafe Furniture was in excellent condition.walls freshly painted. Close to airport and cheaper to use than booking conference room for a small business meeting.

Went there late night last Saturday with my family for the first time. Must say we were impressed. Literally everything we ordered was GOOD. No complaints whatsoever. Service was amazing also with the older white lady with colored eyes and dark makeup. My husband loved it so much he went back with his workers.

They made over medium eggs perfectly. The biscuits were soft. The sausage was decent albeit a little salty (but that's good late at night). The french toast was mushy. The bacon was limp; I think it was reheated in the microwave.
I won't go out of my way to go here. But if your flight is cancelled late at night and you're hungry, get the biscuits and eggs here.

I have been passing this place for years...even when it was a "Kettle" and never stopped...for one reason or another. Today I was dropping my wife at the airport and didn't feel like sitting in traffic afterwards, so it was the right time! I am glad I made it because what a nice little restaurant. It's fairly minimalist but clean and the service was wonderful. The staff greeted me immediately, and even brewed a fresh pot of decaf coffee just for me! I ordered everything pictured and the total was only $18. $10 for the eggs benedict (wow), $5 for a side of French toast, and $2 for never ending coffee. The eggs Benedict were good. Not Michelin star quality but that was not expected. They were good. The French toast was crispy on the outside and custardy on the inside...really awesome. I will come back!

One of those Southern Style Diners that look pretty scary at night or early morning when no one is there except one cook and one server.
Came for coffee to go at 6:00am and is refillable when I brought the cup back. Service was direct and professional and friendly.
Came back to eat around 20mins later when finding out that Hotel Breakfast next door was not available for another hour. Ordered and food came out within a quick 10mins. Food was good and well-proportioned. Not too pricey but you could still spend $20 per person with food-drink-tip.
Restaurant seemed clean.
