Jackie's Kitchen, why? Just why? I understand there aren't many honest people but why do us honest people have to pay for the consequences? I've been a loyal customer to your establishment for almost 10 years. I order to go many times a month. This time when my wife tried placing an order, she was told that they are no longer accepting to go orders on the weekends due to people not showing up??? Really? Okay well how about doing and online ordering system so you won't lose money? Okay now why are you charging 15% gratuity on to go orders? I thought gratuity was optional? Don't get me wrong I tip cash to whoever takes my order but that's just shady. Then to make things worse I get my food and see that my order was wrong. If you're going to charge gratuity at least check before handing it to the customer. Wow. Until I see change, then I'll be back.
The food was good, service was great. Food time was slow but understandable due to how full the place was.
I didn't like that they charged $3 for strawberry topping for pancakes. They asked what topping so I figured it came with it. I feel this should of been disclosed before hand.
I also disliked that they tell you what the total was before showing you a breakdown of each item. You pay with a card on the handheld machine the waitress has.

Pretty good spot. I tried the Monday special, which was the Chicken and Dumplings with Garlic Bread. It was $7.99 and It was delicious. The garlic bread is actually a piece of Texas toast, but it was super delicious as well.

Grabbed a quick lunch with my cousin and our server was very nice and attentive. Quickly seated when we got there around 12:45 pm.
I got the apple compote chicken with waffle and side of hash browns. She got the wings and waffle combo with hash browns. My chicken was juicy and nicely breaded. Waffle was fluffy and I liked the apple compote, sweet but it was a small enough portion it wasn’t overwhelming.
The menu was huge so I’ll have to try something else next time. 5 stars for my first visit all around.

It's like a Denny's/Ihop but with better quality food and service. The staff is nice and friendly; and the food came out quickly and was really good.

Great breakfast options and very friendly customer service. My daughter enjoyed her waffle and I enjoyed the hearty breakfast platter. Conveniently off 290 with ample parking. Big plus for their biscuits and gravy.

The place was so clean. Tables were well stocked with condiments and sugars. Staff was so friendly and the service was quick. Food was a great deal. The breakfast tacos were $7 for 3 and they were huge! Omelette was delicious and so were the pancakes. Will definitely be returning.

Was trying to have breakfast at the IHOP that is also in this area and the place was pack. A quick search in Google Maps bring me here and this place is a real gem. They seat me immediately and my server Karla was awesome. Very professional and attentive. The place is small but very cozy. Very clean and the bathrooms super clean. Virgin Mary will be able to take a dump here. I will come back again.

Love it!!!! Better breakfast and atmosphere than Dots!
Biscuits and gravy are perfect. Bacon is good quality. Pan sausage is perfect. Will come back soon!
Note: we added onions to the scrambled eggs so if they look weird that’s why
