This place was awesome far as outdoor seating and atmosphere vibe. The food was great, well plated, and extremely delicious. Some of my meal was just warm, but the flavor compensated for the coolness of my plate. I had the brisket hash, the sauce was perfect and just enough not to overwhelm the food. My wife had the Leeland Benedict which had amazing flavor, and in my personal opinion was better than my hash. We shared the French Toast which was really good. We also had the blood orange mimosas which were awesome.
Overall we would definitely come back out here for the atmosphere, drinks, and food. Even with my semi cold plate you can tell when someone cares about what they cook.
We has the sweet potato hash and the honey crispy chicken. Best sweet potato hash I’ve had. The honey crispy chicken was more crust than chicken and the biscuit was dry so we asked for more syrup. The inside sitting was opening but the music was so loud we sat out side.
It’s definitely a different type of restaurant than what we are use to. Grab a table with a number. Scan the number. Figure out what you want and go to the bar and order. Grab your water on the way out if you want some. Cash is not accepted.
Our only suggestion would be to get the young man behind the counter more help. He was trying his best but couldn’t keep up between making our lattes and coffee. He was also taking people’s orders and dealing with a customers One brought a “service dog” into the restaurant that didn’t have a service vest on. The dog was sitting next to the man in the booth.
That’s a red flag for me since I’m highly allergic to dogs, even hypo allergenic dogs. We didn’t get our coffees until 3/4 of the way through our meal.
Other than that, yummy food. Friendly servers. We enjoyed the outdoor seating in August after storm blew threw. It kept the humidity at bay.

Vibe- Can you say an entire brunch vibe!! It’s self seating and you can order at the bar inside or the one outside. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside as well. I sat at the bar just because I didn’t want to wander around and not find seating. I discovered outlets at the bar for me t charge my phone that was on 19% lol
Customer service- Great! Everyone at the bar was very helpful and attentive.
Food/drinks- I got the sweet potato hash without egg and cheese. I also ordered an iced chai tea latte with oatmilk. The chai latte was 10/10, one of the best I’ve had!!! I’m not sure if it’s normally as busy as it was when I went (1:00 pm on a Sunday) but it did take the food awhile to come out :(
Parking- It’s near downtown so you know how that goes! I saw a lot that was charging $10, but I was able to find some street parking near by.

Fun atmosphere, fantastic food, great coffee, and the mimosas are legit! Did the brisket breakfast bowl with sweet potatoes and it was absolutely perfect! Get there early. They get busy, but the service is still really fast.

The go to Brunch spot in Houston. The brunch menu selection is so good here. Everything is amazing. It can get very busy during peak hours. Great spot for a group on a nice day outside.

Very beautiful place with great structure. Ordered a brisket hash, sweet potato hash, and honey chicken biscuit. I was blown away by the sweet potato hash and the honey chicken biscuit. Although the brisket hash was still very good, wasn’t my cup of tea. Overall the ambience and vibe of the restaurant was top tier. Even the music was phenomenal. And on top of everything, we got our food in less than 10 minutes. We will be returning!

Food was ok. Could use a bit more seasoning but I liked it. Appropriately priced. Staff was great. Atmosphere is cool and cozy. Most seating is outdoors. Not a lot of parking but easy to find some. The biscuits were really good and flaky. Highly recommend getting them.

It was great! We showed up mid morning and sat in front patio. Great atmosphere where you can enjoy your company. The coffee and Chai was great! The food very tasty!!! My hubby had traditional breakfast, daughter had biscuit and honey chicken. They even accommodated her request to add egg an egg benedict. I had the biscuit and gravy with crispy chicken on top. All the dishes were fulfilling. Cute casual and full of good vibes. Hope you can enjoy this restaurant too!!!

I had a brunch meeting here with a party of 7. There was plenty of seating for us on the back patio. It was a nice, chill vibe. The food came out super fast considering the size of our group. Every single person thoroughly enjoyed their food and didn’t want it to end. I had the shrimp and grits and let me tell you…it was the best I’ve ever had. We all sat there and ranted and raved about our meals long after we were done. I’ll definitely be visiting Leeland House again in the near future.
