I've been here twice and the 'Q is awesome. The first visit the brisket was moist and tasty, the pork ribs were even better, the beef sausage link was very good. My second visit the brisket was a tad dry, the pork ribs were meaty and full of flavor, tried the spicy sausage link, great taste but not much spice. The sides i tried were and very good cole slaw and beans....they were so good the first time why change. If you haven't been....go!

Great food, great people and great place. Best barbeque ever, we loved the rustic atmosphere, everyone was so friendly all the time, full of joy and jokes.

Great flavor and good prices just like I like it! You can order in, togo orrrrr order delivery through apps. It's kinda like Papa's bbq but with more flavor! They have reasonable prices. The staff was pretty friendly and quick. It's not a huge restaurant I would say capacity would be around 50ppl or so. Good place for biz lunches or family time. My first time I was by myself during lunch time on a weekday. Wasn't to bad of a crowd but they were busy. Try the brisket!

It's been a while but oh how do I love this place. Links are still like I remember. Sauce is exactly the same. I love it. Brisket is perfect. Never a bad meal here. Thanks for all the memories and great food.

The vibe of this place definitely gives Jim Crow/ Whites Only vibes. I’m scared to even eat the food ????. Also paid for 1/2 lb ribs & got 2 lil ribs. I’m no metric scale but this not 1/2 a lb. POC, just go to the hood. Friendlier people & you KNOW it’ll be good & worth your $$.

This place is the real deal! I think it's even better than the OG location in Luiling. I honestly cannot believe some of these reviews on here , these people must not have a taste for BBQ! The brisket literally taste a little different with every bite, I always ask for a few burnt ends and they hook it up! For me what keeps me coming back is their sausage links!!! Out of this world good, not the texture of that stuff you get at the store, it's a bit more loose than most sausage which is crazy good for me! I would put this joint up there with the best Texas has to offer to be fair! When I have friends visit from out of state, that's the first place I bring them to eat! Keep on keeping on Luiling City Market!!!

Brisket is great; its so tender it just falls apart. Sausage and their BBQ sauce are very good as well. My first impressions are really great. Will definitely come back

The menu is limited but what they do have was good. Customer service was really amazing from beginning to end. We had a turkey sandwich, brisket(super tender) and beef link. Prices are a little hefty for BBQ but totally worth it for the flavor and amount . That brisket just melts in your mouth.

We drove a hour away , just thinking about brisket and looked this place up and saw a four star rating but this place is a waste of your money. We walked in and the owner was at the bar working and didn’t even say Hi, that should of been a sign and we should of walked back out but like I said we wanted some brisket. We got in one line and felt rushed and couldn’t get a good idea what my husband wanted but I knew I wanted brisket so I ordered a one meat plate with brisket and my husband wanted a two meat plate but didn’t have it, had to order a one meat plate then order any other meat as a ala arte which we got chicken. My husband ordered brisket plate also and ordered chicken as a alacarte. The plate comes with 2 sides so we got potato salad, coleslaw and beans.Let’s start with the food the brisket was so dry on both plates that we had to use a lot of bbq sauce. The chicken was smoked , I guess but it was also dried and that is my husband favorite thing was chicken but not that chicken. The beans didn’t have any flavor or even juice to not make them so dry.The potato salad was good and my husband said the coleslaw was okay.We got two waters and two jalapeños. We paid $49 dollars and some change. We we’re very very disappointed on our food but it was paid for already so of course we ate it but we will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.Waste of or time and money.
